Dan was incredibly helpful and, although my request was not respecting the guidelines, he, the team, and the celebrity were very accommodating! There were some issues with the delivery service, but Dan listened to the problem and agreed to send the product a second time with another delivery service. Excellent!!

This is my first experience of using a Consigner for getting my items signed with someone abroad. I realised that I wanted to update and add another signature to one of my orders, but we had already gone past the deadline!
PIONEER SIGNINGS couldn't have been more helpful. I received a reply within 24hrs of emailing them, and luckily the particular actor I was after hadn't completed their signing, so PIONEER arranged to update and include my request with a view to paying any additional autograph charge after the signing had been completed.
I'm delighted that they were happy to fulfill my requests, even while they were in the process of completing orders. I doubt that's always possible so I'll make sure I check my order in the future.

What an incredible experience. I just received my signed Karl Urban and John Rhys-Davies personalized autographed photos from Pioneer Signings. Even though I live in the United States they fixed a mailing problem and got me great signatures, and packed the shipment very well for overseas shipment. Always great communication with any questions I had. I am looking forward to the upcoming two signings, and plan to do a lot of future business with Pioneer.

Used wrong marker, requested wrong character name, removed item from bag when signing window and instructions were present

Item arrived- signed and in paint pen colour requested and coa. It was a shame coukdnt get personalisation and quote but aware actor was not doing these on day, which is out of consignors control. Otherwise, Great service , well packaged - def use again.

Used Pioneer Signings to add Peter Jackson and Philippa Boyens to my Lord of the Rings poster. They managed to get both and also pictures of them signing it which was unexpected! Quality and trustworthy service from Dan and Andy!

Needed to get a signed book from Alan Lee, illustrator extraordinaire, who was only doing signing in UK at the time of his book release…. Got in touch with Dan at Pioneer Signings and everything was set up and confirmed that i would get what I requested. Within a week of the signing event, the books arrive here in California in pristine condition with Alan’s perfect looking signature. Needless to say we will continue to call on Pioneer Signings for future needs.
