Been trading on PX for about 2 years now. Have seen great developments in that time. Constant improvement on the available trading bots and new ones coming out all the time.
Community input helps PX evolve. Customer service very helpful with restoring accounts and implementing suggestions for improvements. Now we can copy trade like on Etoro or other trading platforms.

Leveraged token system allows trading leveraged crypto without the risk of complete liquidation of assets. Of course with tokens there's always risk involved. But Pionex so far showed it can back up their tokens.

Be sure you know the risks regarding trading with crypto. I have seen many reviews in the past accusing exchanges of wrongdoing. But most of that was simply due to the risk you take when trading in crypto. I have had no bad experiences with Pionex itself. Only losses I made was du to bad investments. Actually their leveraged tokens saved me from losing all of my investment for some trades so there's that.

Always DYOR (do your own research) and be willing to accept some losses. Especially when you just started trading. It's a learning curve. But PX offers a lot of great tools for beginners. You can even just use staking and still make a better APY than any fiat bank would give you. There's also some structured products allowing for a consistent APY. But if you really want to make the big profits you have to trade properly and there will be risks involved. PX does offer a lot of tools though to minimize the risk while trading (their DCA martingale bot is a great example of this).

It also has a wide variety of coins available for trading so that's always good as well for risk reduction by spreading your investment.

PX is my N1 exchange. I use a few different ones but PX is the one I trade most on. If you start trading PX is a great opportunity. Again just be aware of the risks that come with trading crypto and always DYOR! Oh and if you start trading during a bull market don't be surprised to make some losses early on. Just keep buying during the bear market and you will more than make up for your losses later.

Very unhelpful customer service, they won't help you, they will give you a link to their blog for help.

Date of experience - since last year, still ongoing!!!

I personally started using pionex form italy one year ago. I was already a trader finding a way to perform my job while operating in this field and pionex was an absolute success. I have been using different similar platform but none is such complete with different kind of bot that are possible to use in different market situation. The first approch is very simple with the IA strategy, but with the help of the telegram group and its fantastic admin (nam and itachi if i remeber well) i have been able to set up profitable and fantastic bot.

Unique product.

The amazingly offer products that are unique and well thought of like Dual Investments, leveraged grid bots, and an encapsulated dust cleanup (auto sells all the "crumbs"after closing trades).

Also, they have an avg support time of leas than 5 mins, from my experience. I sincerely do recommend to any petty or large traders our there!

Absolutly fantastic app, and it's in constant improvement stage they listen to suggestions, fees are low easy to use I'm a beginner and I manage so surely anyone can as I'm not techsavy kind of person. Withing first few hours of bot trading I have claimed my first profits. Highly recomend

This is my third review of pionex and the last one. You ask your clients to contact your customer service when ever there is problems, and I did contact pionex's customer service, and they promised to act on positely on my issues but they never did, and still weeks now, and they never even contacted me back again after their fallacious promise to resolve my issues. We call this scam. You always post on the web how you care too much about your clients but this is how you mask your scams.

I have used the Pionex bot for some time now. Overall it's good for making Passive income with low risk. Pionex has an excellent community with good admins, and we can get more knowledge there. Withdrawal and deposits are fast. I faced a 2FA issue once, and the admins helped me solve it as soon as I reported it. Customer service experience is second to none. Recommended for my friends

Scam site. There is always some reason they are unable to withdraw each time I attempt it.

When I was making deposits, my shiba tokens never showed up on the platform even tho I deposited more then the minimum ammount.
The bots didnt gain any profit. They maybe gain profit for the Pionex as there are trade fees, but my bots lost more then earned and I used their smart AI trading strategy. I tried contacting the company to retreive my lost shib tokens. They still didnt respond.

Having exactly the same issue as Chris below. This is way beyond reasonable security measures. I can't believe the hoops you have to jump through to get access to your own account. Customers better pray they don't get locked out of their accounts. I've given them as much information as I can recall and I'm certainly not adding more funds or sharing any passwords!! My next step is to obtain their complaints policy.

I upgraded my phone, but forgot to transfer authenticator codes. Big Mistake. Pionex will not allow me back into my account. They will not accept a selfie video and a copy of front and back of my government issued ID card. They ask which tokens I had, but the last time I used their system was many months ago due to the bear market, so I do not remember. They ask when I signed up for their service. Thank God I did not delete that email. However, authenticator request was still denied. I believe the motive is more than security. It is as if they want you to abandon your Crypto so they can take it later. I am very disappointed. I hope my documents are kept securely as they told me to upload everything using an less than ideal web form.
UPDATE: I eventually answered all questions right, but they said they increased security protocols recently and then wanted me to record myself logging in to another exchange and showing them a transfer I made to Pionex. I had to show them the password as well! I told them I would not show them my password. I also had to tell them how much I had in my balance to the exact cent and give them my KYC1 phone number. I gave them most of that information, but they still declined to reset my authenticator. No access to My funds.

I use this exchange for more than 2 years.
They have many kinds of different bots, like grid bot, arbitrage bot with very low risk, lending, staking, BTC growth bot, and much more.

These bots help to accumulate more crypto instead of simple holding. But its your choice.

One amazing thing on Pionex are Structured Products, which are based on options. I am not gonna write about it here, but it definetely works very well. I absolutely recommend it, but do your own research before using it. I personally made nice profits even in bear market.

Customer service ? I dont know, never had to use it, which is good sign, I guess.

No problem with withdrawals, I made many of them without any trouble.

For me, there is no better CEX than Pionex.

I am fairly new, and thanks to the responsive admins that assisted me to getting me setup in a nutshell. I am now earning around 2-2.5% growth on my capital. Very pleased altho it can be very tricky to start off with but the support is there.

After a long search for grid bots i finally found the best bots!
No exchange can beat pionex its bots.
Pionex is a great platform, Its an exchange and has trading bots all in one.(0.05% buy 0.05% sell so 0.1% combined) Well recommended. I have never seen such low fees.
I will be using pionex for a long long time.
The team are very nice people and responsive.

A great exchange with many great trading bots. Been using the app for over a year now. If you know how to use the bots you will safely get nice profits. My best bot experiences: Flying wheel strategy (structured) and the infinity grid bot. Many new bots will come in the future. Looking forward to using them.

TOTALLY CROOKED exchange,do not honour trades if coin mooning...!!!!,...about half an hour ago,After much patience we managed to buy in ($140) on Nano at 0.8,it then mooned to arround 1.5 very quickly,so it nearly doubled....
.....finally we thought,actually caught a good one.....low and behold,when we press the sell button when the ticker was off the top of the chart..!!!,a pop up comes on screen saying we could not sell at that moment..after a quick scratch of the head... we cancelled and immediately tried again.....and again the same pop up.....cripes we thought,this could drop through the floor any second,and we could loose all our money....at the bottom of the pop up it said,"proceed"...so that being our only option,we pressed it....and it sells us out,just below where we bought in...!!!!!
....I mean cripes....its nearly impossible to find such brilliant buy in points..and when you do,the exchange refused to let you sell and honour the trade and make a profit...!!!!
........what can you say...thats just really poor.and sad isnt it...and begs the question,is this a genuine exchange,or just an elaborate scam site designed only to relieve you of your money at every turn,and not honour trades if you do too well..!!!!!!
...like most dodgey crypto companies,they obviously think that your money is theirs as soon as you deposit it.....!!!!.....mmmmmm

UPDATE,,,...its now the 30th of nov,only received a confirmation that you received our message,but still no response,so we will add further details here....
....firstly,why were you blocking our trades at a critical moment when a coin was rising extremely quickly..???
..and secondly,on the 23/11/22 at 12.46.09 we bought $136.87 of NANO,and had to sell out at 12.46.41....so we were bought in for 32 seconds,when the coin was rising extremely fast,with no drops etc etc...so how is it possible that we made a loss please..??
...now,nano then proceeded to rise really really high,and obviously as you were blocking our trades we could not take advantage of this great rise,and make any profit...????.....if you can please clarify this for us,as we are very confused..?? many thanks
..ps,we have a screenshot of the trade in question if required showing all the above.....thx

UPDATE..its the 1st of December still no reply from pionex....??? I will add any updates here if there are any,but I won't be holding my breath for a response,not directly anyway..???..poor,very poor..!!!!....surely,this is the very basis of trading crypto or anything else for that matter...if you buy something and the price increases and you sell it surely you should make a profit I would have thought..???..not to mention having our trades blocked at very lucrative moments....all not what I would expect from a company that is meant to provide just that service...????.don't mind making a loss when we mess up....but in this case we didn't.....we notice an interesting review adjacent to this one that suggests anyone who makes a loss on pionex or that leaves a poor review is a numpty who doesn't know how to trade...???....cripes..????....

UPDATE 13/12/22 still no response from pionex,as we thought,obviously intentionally prevented us from making a profit,both on the actual trade as detailed above by simply not honouring it at all..!!! ,and by blocking our trades when the coin was rising alot..!!!! phewee....say no more...!!!!

Great app to use for gaining more money

Virtually impossible to withdraw funds. Its made to complicated and convoluted! After many many hours still unable to withdraw funds.
DO NOT UAE THIS APP - it should be banned!!
