I used to buy a 1kg tub of their Dark Roast Crunchy peanut butter every month, which was delicious and healthy. However, they have recently changed the recipe, quite sneakily, which has now seen reduced peanut content, replaced with extra salt. The taste is now very noticeably saltier and quite inedible now. When you only have two ingredients like this, the additional salt content is very noticeable. Well I'm sorry Pip&Nut, but this is bad practice. I purchased your product because it was delicious and healthy. But now you have completely ruined the taste and made it more unhealthy in the process! Needless to say you have lost a loyal customer.

Lovely peanut butter and it’s tested for aflotoxins which can be associated with peanuts and other dried seeds. I always order a big batch, communication and packaging is always good and I’ve had the odd free sample but less so these days. Good all round!

Excellent, efficient service- ordering and delivery by Royal mail went really well. I am loving your dark chocolate peanut butter cups and almond cups- I keep them in the fridge for extra crunch. Please keep selling these - they are my daily pick-up treats for when I'm needing a bit of an energy boost, they are absolutely delish and the chocolate you use is the silkiest yummiest ever.

Not impressed…ordered 4 tubs of sweet n salty. Only received 3 and have emailed Pip & nut who said they would get back to me?! Haven’t heard back despite chasing again? Feel like they are not trusting what i am saying…so am losing £7.50 now..do not order from them they are disorganised. V disappointed ☹️

My favourite peanut butter, prior to tasting it I had no idea it could be so sweet without the addition of sweeteners. However, I'm not a fan of their new "Sweet & Salty" nut butters - bought one on trust, without checking the ingredients and later saw it's got agave nectar, peanut oil and coconut oil (??). That one had to go in the bin. The standard one is great though!

Half my order arrived smashed and useless, contacted the company and so far they have just ignored me.

happy to take the money, not so happy to ensure the product arrives in usable and safe for consumption condition.

love the product when it arrives usable but iof they cant get it to me in one piece then i am looking for another brand who i will throw large sums of money at each month

I opened the tub of almond butter, and began to stir the contents, stirring, stirring, still looks like slop! Where are the almonds in this product? It’s rubbish! Won’t be buying again. They didn’t have my usual brand so tried this, feel ripped off.

These nilbrains don't label that their "vegan products" aren't suitable for milk allergy sufferers very clearly, "vegan friendly" I've had an upset stomach since last night now, if I could give zero I would, morons

Amazing how companies care less and less about their customers these days.
Pip and Nuts products are the best around without a doubt in terms of peanut and almond butter in my opinion.
However there is no customer care.
I tried placing an order online but at check out it would not let me proceed with the payment.
I emailed them three times to kindly ask for assistance to complete the payment but no one bothers getting back to me.
Very disappointing.
Their reviews would be top ones if only they worked on improving customer services.

I absolutely used to adore this company, purchasing their products every single week from Sainsburys. So much so, I thought I'd support the company and place an order directly. Well... 1. The order didnt arrive in the time as specified on their website. 2. They sent me an incorrect item. 3. I emailed them to point out the mistake, and two emails and over a week later, they still haven't bothered to reply. Seriously considering not purchasing from them again, even from the supermarket, never mind how lovely I found their products.

They have delicious and high quality products and great customer service. The peanut butter is very delicious.

I'm very happy with the service I've experienced - good delivery and good updates on the progress of my parcel. My husband loves their range so I've ordered a load more! Good website, nice products. Will no doubt be back!

One of the jars had leaked a little, so perhaps reviewing the packaging? The packaging was sustainable though, which I liked.

I have been subscribed to this company for a while,only for crunchy peanut butter, they always delivered so I had no issues so it was just alright company. But what made me appreciate this company beyond happiness was when I was away from home and forgot to cancel my order and it got shipped back to them THEY'VE CONTACTED ME and asked if everything was okay. Without me even mentioning anything! I explained the situation and they offered to re-send it (FOR FREE) and sent me a PB cups as well! If this doesn't scream the best customer service ever and that they actually care then I don't know what does. Thank you Mary for helping me and thanks this to the company!

Received some items from them as a gift from a friend. Seal for one of the jar is broken and when open the lid for one of the jar, there are white dots on the surface of the spread. I provided the feedback and left message at their webpage in early dec 2021and I am still waiting….

I bought their Crunchy Almond Butter. As expected it needed stirring. However after stirring the product was just oil with bits of almond floating in it. The Company seemed to think that was acceptable. It was disgusting.

I absolutely love the products. The peanut butters are perfectly creamy and perfect for eating on its own + using for baking (which i do often). Their flavor options are interesting as well, I really enjoyed their Gingerbread almond butter for example.
just one thing, the shipping was massively delayed on one of my orders (as in longer than a month, almost two.. not how long it said it would take). BUT I will still give 5 stars because their products are just that amazing and deserve it. Also, their customer service is stellar. They were very apologetic when this happened and replied right away (best guess was delay due to COVID).
anyhow, 12/10, will continue to order <3

Tasty but the greenwashing is problematic. Packaging cannot be recycled or composted! There are alternatives but they pretend there aren't.

Very satisfied with my order and delivery. Always good to support small businesses.

They accidentally sent my food bank peanut butter donation twice and only charged me for one!
Great company - very kind attitudes and outlook. :)
Shipping was fast and their products delicious too!
