Pipe & Cable were fantastic from start to finish. After discussing with Ben a few different boilers brands and some different options for the relocation of our boiler, we were very happy with our final quote. The team installed/relocated our new boiler in the attic, installed a Hive smart thermostat and fitted a new mixer shower. They worked tirelessly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Great tidy workmanship. And on top of this Pipe & Cables customer service is fantastic and very responsive to any queries or issues. Everyone seems to take pride in their work here. This is how a good company is run! Will definitely be using Pipe & Cable again. Thanks

All the staff at Pipe & Cable have been so helpful. From the first call from me to the completion of my job, they have gone out of their way to help. Firstly, they installed a new boiler and shower, then they did other jobs helping me with my kitchen renovation.

Excellent from initial quote to completion. We had a whole new central heating system installed to replace our warm air unit. Completed with minimum fuss, mess and hassle. Greg was hard working, thorough and it was obvious he took great pride in his work. Would recommend. Thank you.

The Pipeandcable team came out at short notice as our boiler gave way under the pressure of cold weather and lockdown (never gets a break as we’re all home).

We were offered options for repairs to keep the boiler going (it’s 20 years old) and an honest assessment looking over the next couple of years of likely additional costs to maintain it. After discussions we decided to upgrade to new boiler and I asked to upgrade to HIVE controls. The team came back 3 days later to fit the new boiler and HIVE and we couldn’t be happier. The professionalism and cleanliness was top notch and the team did a tremendous job whilst following strict Covid protocols the whole time.

I sought this company ( Pipe and Cable) out from numerous quotes from other companies, and very glad we did, from surveying to the finished installation Pipe and Cable were true to their word, we found them courteous, professional and dedicated. When the installation was completed all surfaces were cleaned down, when they left you would hardly know they had been in our house, except for our fantastic newly installed Worcester Bosch 8000 which was purring quietly away in the corner.
It was gratifying to know that my trust in this company justified from price, installation and their customer support team. I cannot recommend Pipe and Cable highly enough, when the time come to have your boiler replaced these are definitely the people to go to. Thank you Ben and your team, you were magnificent .
