The quality of the product and the versatility of the different viewing angles is fantastic. I love that the back is transparent to show off the body colour of the iPad, but still protects the back of the iPad and it also provides complete protection around all the sides and edges.
Overall the quality is excellent and great value for the price! Finally, I received it very quickly in the post.

We purchased a "navy" Origami Case for our blue iPAD Air 4. Looks and fits perfect, and the stand options are great. 1st class Customer Service by Anna, when their stock arrival was delayed due to Covid. Glad we chose to wait the couple of extra days for our order to arrive. I would highly recommend both Pipetto and their products.

iPad Origami case corner clip failed, I contacted customer service, the issue was resolved with a couple of friendly emails and a replacement dispatched.
This is truly commendable customer service and a testament to their belief in their products, I would not hesitate to recommend Pipetto.

I love my iPad mini case and really searched for an origami style case. The quality is very good and with a good warranty.

I bought 2 iPad 9.7 inch Pipetto Origami cases 2 years ago and we love them. I always prefer to buy quality products that look like they will last, and one of the cases is still perfect. Unfortunately the plastic corners on the other case started degrading a few months ago. I contacted Pipetto via their website, which makes submitting warranty issues a breeze. Anna got back to me quickly and was very helpful and accommodating. Pipetto are sending me a new case in the same colour and everything. Certainly one of the most pleasant customer services experiences I’ve ever had.

Since 2016 I have purchased 3 IPad cases from Pipetto. Love the products. The corner came away from the cover. I spoke to customer care, Anna suggested I complete a warranty claim form, which I did. I included photos of the break. Within minutes I received a voucher for a replacement. Thank you Anna your assistance and excellent customer care is much appreciated.

Bought this GREAT Cover for my new iPad Air4(2020) At first I wasn’t happy, as the back off the cover(plastic film) was covered in “Bubbles”.One burst that left an unsightly mark. Anna replaced it Totally free of charge! THANKS A MILLION!
The Cover itself is Amazing Looks Great & the Origami styles are Fantastic. Also the cover having such a strong magnetic cover is Great for preserving battery life. The clear hard back is an Amazing detail- as it allows you to see the Engraving done By Apple! Fantastic Cover. Great Firm. Couldn’t help me Enough. Wouldn’t Hesitate to Highly Recommend. I ordered the iPad Air 4 10.9 inch (2020) Origami Case - Dark Grey and I love it. Excellent design and quality. It inspired me to order another case for my iPad mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max. I will leave an updated review once I receive the other products. Customer service with Pipetto is A+, I sent a few messages and received responses after hours at times. They are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I think Pipetto found a new customer for a long time!

I bought this product for my mum´s new iPad on 11/04/2020. Just to keep contact with my parents and obviously, mostly video calls.
About the quality of the product, great, nothing bad to say. Idea is great and it looks lush. Appearance, top marks.
About the way it stands, not so much..... I don´t know whether the designers have taken into consideration this use or not. When in a video call the angle it is not quite right, what you can see the most is the ceiling of the room and the double chin of my mum. We tried all of the possibilities that the design give us. If you want to have it a bit more ´straight´, she has found that by placing the mobile at the back, it gives the iPad the angle desired. Just that simple.

It is supposed to have The 5-in-1 “Origami” folding style, but still missing the one.
