Recieved my melatonin to the uk but I have doubts if it’s actually what’s its ment to be!! I have to take 10-20 12mg sweets to even get drowsy- normal 6mg from uk doctors knocks me clean out. I’m very suspicious to say the least

I’ve ordered maybe five times, the supplements are good, especially the ones we can’t get in the uk. Shipping is quick considering the distance. it normally takes about a week. Never once had an issue although never had to contact customer service either, as I’ve never had an issue that needs resolving.I’ll keep re ordering from them for sure as the products are good, cheap and turn up in good time.

I’ve ordered a few times from this company and this time before placing my order delivery was expected within 2-5 days, it’s been 15 days and it’s missed 2 expected delivery dates, one specifically given by the company after my first complaint which they told me we can “assure you” it’ll arrive by this date, it did not. I’ve complained twice requesting a refund for shipping as it’s not meeting expected delivery dates in which NOW they told me the maximum delivery date is within 20 days upon placing the order… I find this ridiculous as I could’ve sourced these products from another seller and received it the next day!!! They have done nothing to help this experience and refuse to do anything. Will not be ordering from them again.

They sent me a bad batch of biotin, so I requested a replacement. However, they wouldn’t send it to the UK because they didn’t want to cover the postage costs.
Later, I had issues with a refund because I had changed my card, and they wouldn’t accept my new card details on email. They told me I needed to fax them or call, but I wasn’t going to waste money on phone calls, so I asked for a voucher instead.
Getting a voucher was a headache—it took two weeks of back-and-forth communication. The vouchers don’t work anyways (unbelievable)
Their customer service was terrible and unprofessional. It really makes me question the quality of their products.

The price advertised was about half price. This is already suspicious. BUT payments are not secure, you have to fill in al your creditcard data on their website!! Do not order there it is a SCAM.

This is the first time that I have placed a vitamin order through this company. Generally, all of my online orders with other companies send communication and delivery is within days. . It has been over two weeks now, no email, no communication at all. They have my hard earned money and now, after reading all the reviews, which silly me, should have done first, I am still waiting and have no idea where my items are. I believed the products were coming from Australia as the advertising stated 'Piping Rock Australia'. It turns out that products are shipped from USA, not Australia. It appears that this so called company has no integrity and should be stopped from false advertising and from having an insecure site. DO NOT order from Piping Rock because it appears that you will only be giving them a donation with nothing in return! Am extremely disappointed.

This company has leaked my data twice, which has lead to all kinds of ransom and sextortion emails.

In no circumstances should you order from them. Do not have your data stolen, although I'm going to say it's been sold or surrendered.

I ordered £20 worth of products which never arrived, I sent two emails asking about my products and they only sent "How was your talk with .... today" emails back, when I never had a conversation. I went on live chat today and they tried to offer me £14 when I payed £20. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. COMPLETE SCAMMERS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Absolute scam of a company. I told them last year to delete all my data after a Data breach. I've just been informed by Google's security team that my data which they clearly didn't delete has been the subject of another breach. Then they had the cheek to tell me that there was no breach and I didn't have an account with them. My solicitor will be getting a call in the morning

This company is not only terrible at communication ie none it also had a data breech last year and this year in which it failed to inform me and now my details are on the dark web and still no communication as to wether my details have been erased or not. I would give a minus if possible!

They are selling our private information, they don’t care about customers, Data Breach after Data Breach (2024 & 2025) nobody answer about the issue, they don’t offer way to delete our information, I wrote to this f**n company but nobody answered, my data it’s exposed in the Dark Web 👾

My phone number and email are on the dark web. Piping Rock has NOT bothered to contact me. I just found out this happened ALSO a year ago. Did this happen TWICE or is it still from the LAST hack? And why no notice until it showed up on my Google request for info??? Your products, delivery, and prices are great, but I will never trust you again.

My personal data was leaked, not just once in May 2024, but a second time in February 2025. The company did nothing to reach out and warn their customers, and customer service were unhelpful and unapologetic.

Absolutely horrible on every single level. THEY SOLD ALL OF MY INFORMATION!!!!! Warning after warning after warning that my info was leaked by piping rock to the dark web…when confronted last year MORE of my data was sold by them…

If you care about privacy, DO NOT enter any personal details on their website! As for many others, my personal data landed on the dark web. Whilst company has all contacts, has not claimed responsibility and informed their customers.

I found out by accident (hacked) . I bought supplements once and found out my data was on the dark web.. with pipping rock name there.
Furious so all evening changing what i can horrible web site be very careful

Postage didn't show up on PayPal and wasn't added until after I clicked purchase. Also, now being bombarded with their ads on my closed Facebook account, dodgy company

Can't remember what I bought with this company, but I keep suffering data breaches because of it. Last year I lost my Facebook account and almost my Instagram, LinkedIn, among others. This was last January, and again I just had another data breach alert because of this website today, over a year later!! Avoid like the plague

2 times this website has not been able to protect it's customer information, extremely disastisfied. Ever since my info was leaed from this site years ago my email faced constant hacking, and just when everything slowed down their website got hacked again. Ridiculous
