The only positive comment I have about PiPi tea is regarding my latest interaction with Cip, who, after nearly 3 months of waiting for my refund following no less than 11 emails to the company, plus the photographs they required of the unopened/never ordered products I was returning, finally credited my account within 48 hrs. of my last contact! This is NOT a reputable company- beware of online ordering, your BOGO order will be changed to a subscription order and nearly impossible to rectify without determination and perseverance!
