The studio itself was in fairly good condition with backline, drums and pa all working fine. Downsides are lack of ventilation, and bleed through from other rehearsals and people smoking hash outside.... See more

A lot of the equipment wasn't working…
A lot of the equipment wasn't working well. The mics were constantly screaching, with loose cables that fell out and moved around. Plus the drum kit was in really bad shape, the ride had nothing to attach to, the kick wasn't working properly and the left crash kept falling off because it wasn't secured. Considering the room is £13/hour I'd expect better.

Jack over at Customer Service was an absolute legend and helped me out with my booking inquiries. The studios themselves are always kept tidy and organised, with even a spares closet if anything needs replacing mid-sesh. I highly recommend checking the guys over at Pirate, no matter what location.

Amazing incompetence!!!
I arrived at my room at 9pm leave my belongings in the room to go smoke a cigarette i come back and theres a bunch of guys in my room saying they arnt going to leave. I dont understand how stupid you have to be to give my code to another group. I then contact support and ask for them to fix the situation and for compensation. They cancel my room and tell me i have to leave or rebook. I rebook the room and the idiot i was talking to then cancels my second booking for no reason. I spend £98 and i received mediocre service. I want a refund for my original booking!

Winta was an absolute star. Im a bimm student but for some reason BIMM rooms were not available to me, to remedy this she booked me a complimentary session at one of the other rooms which was available which has been a huge help for finishing assignments. Thanks Winta!

not working
Hallo,
we booked last weekend, but the referral code did not work. Then we were cut off after two hours instead of three. We then were kicked out by the next person who had booked a slot so we werent able to enjoy our full session. When I sent a mail about the shortcomings, I was not taken serious.
