Horrible service, never got it, customer service just ignores you, don't trust positive reviews, it's a SCAM

Ordered December 1st of 2024, it’s January 28th of 2025. I have not received a package, even though the tracking on their website says it’s been delivered.

It will not track with Shopify, the order number they give will only work on their website & you have no other way of doing it.

The tracking on their website is horrible as well, I didn’t get the ‘delivered’ status until the 20th of this month, but says it was delivered on the 7th.

Their email communication is a cover of lies written nicely. They never give you any real information or updates, just niceties and formal replies ensuring you about your package. I am still waiting for a reply to my last email sent 3 days ago requesting some sort of compensation for the free money I gave them.

Do not use this company, goto Amazon & you can get the same exact thing, which is what I did. Ordered it yesterday, got it today. Am happy.

I was afraid I'd gotten scammed because of the other reviews on trust pilot, but the Shipping just takes forever.

I ordered a Gojo cup and the product seems to be quality and is super cute!

I placed my order at the end of November and received it at the beginning of January.

The packaging it came in is adorable as well!

NEVER order from this site!!!! I ordered an item in NOVEMBER and it is almost 2025 and I STILL have not received my order. Customer service is no help. There is a 30% cancellation fee, so I still would not get all of my money back. I believe this site is a scam, I would advise you to stay away and order from somewhere else.

Delivery is tacking more than 1 month, and now still do not get any package.

They periodically remove the low ratings on their website so that their website only has 4 and 5 star reviews. I requested them to cancel my order within 24 hours of placing the order. I gave them a 1 star on their website because they stopped responding to my emails (I sent them 5 emails over a span of a week!) regarding a cancelation and refund. They got back to me regarding the review and then removed my ratings from their website. I also noticed a few other 3 star ratings were missing that were visible when I was placing an order with them.
They don't seem to be trustworthy at all. I recommend you save your money and order from somewhere else.

Update: They finally refunded my money, but chose to delete a second review that I had left on their website.
