Pirate Ship is the best. I have save a ton of money when shipping items, be it to family, friends or customers. I like the option of choosing which carrier I want. I have been using Pirate Ship for many years and have not had one single issue. I will continue using Pirate Ship.

My business has used Pirate Ship for several years, and we could not be happier with them. I have had several occasions where I required assistance, and Pirate Ship has not failed me yet -- regardless of the inconvenience of the hour. Not long ago I was having difficulty with an integration, and I made the mistake of trying to fix the problem myself. Bad decision! I lost the integration and sought help from the Pirates. They said they could not repair the issue. Several hours later they contacted me and revealed that they were able to work around my issue. And solved the integration problem. That solution has saved me hours of work. Thank you Pirate Ship!

Pirateship is fantastic for small businesses or even just personal use. Best thing is that it’s free to use - no subscription or monthly fees. You just create a free account and buy your shipping labels. It integrates with Etsy and eBay easily. Those are the two I use, but they have other integrations as well. I save profiles for my commonly used package sizes and weights and it’s surprisingly good at estimating based on the order details what presets to use. Most of the time the system auto selects the correct package preset and I just have to confirm. It’s also quick and easy to switch or update the selection. You get commercial rates for domestic services, and they also have great prices for their Simple Export Rate to Canada. They also have excellent customer service that has been very responsive the couple of times I had to contact them with questions. They have easy systems for creating return labels or issuing refunds. They have easy add-one for insurance and other services. I have been using Pirateship for maybe 5 years and it just keeps getting better. Every time I see someone at the post office using the kiosk or waiting in line at the post office or UPS store to mail a package I want to tell them to use Pirateship instead! You save so much time and money!!

Pirate Ship is totally free and saves a ton of money over USPS and UPS prices. No subscription fee like the previous one I was with and that company was down almost as much as it was up and running. I've had very little down time with Pirate Ship and their customer service is 2nd to none!

We've been using Pirate Ship since 2018, and it literally transformed how we shipped physical media to our clients.

Our OLD way involved bringing dozens or hundreds of packages to the post office with labels on them, figuring out stamp amounts and applying the stamps there -- very inefficient.

Now, we're able to re-use saved packaging settings, bulk-import mailing addresses from spreadsheets, print professional-looking labels with CUSTOM TEXT on them, print all the postage on our home office printer and even track progress using their one-stop interface.

I can't think of a single thing I'd change -- the Pirate Ship platform is *fantastic*

I have used Pirate Ship for years and cannot give enough accolades to them regarding how amazing they are as a mailing platform. For personal use and business use..hands-down they far exceed the bar for having an easy to use interface, quick support, and options for mailing and shipping both domestically and internationally. I don't know why anyone would use any other company.

I’ve used Pirate Ship for about 5+ years now and I've probably told over 100 people already how great they are! They've saved me over $10,000 already which is insane. Their website is super simple to use and the customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful, topped with a great sense of humor! Stop throwing your money away and getting taken advantage of by going in person to the post office or UPS. All you need is a scale, a printer for labels and a tape measure for your package sizes. What are you waiting for? Do It!

Pirate Ship SAVES ME MONEY every month. Also its FUN TO USE... and has a great crew of ARRRRGGHH Pirate shippers to help if we need anything.

Pirate Ships customer service is much better that UPS's customer service. Pirate Ships international rates are very good. We could not ship internationally if we had to charge UPS's standard international shipping rates. I highly recommend using Pirate Ship to reduce the cost of shipping packages.

Simple interface, good rates, prompt and helpful online customer service are all great.

Easy to use! That’s the best part of pirate Ship. You check rates before purchasing too. I’d say the only thing that I wish could be a little better is that I wish they would make the dimensions for smallest packages a little smaller instead of the 4 x 6 as minimum
