I placed my order a few weeks ago and was kept informed as to my order status after it was delayed. I didn’t mind, I believed what the company told me, and waited patiently. Well, it arrived today. It’s awesome. I’ve got the Ultimate Retro as I’m most interested in Amiga and PS1 games. Turned it on, followed the instructions in the Help Section of their website, took about 5 mins and I’m not tech savvy at all. Then I played Shadow of the Beast. It’s been about 30 years. Wow. Played some Sonic on the mega drive, my wife even had a go! Loaded Doom up, played like a dream. I figured out how to ‘change disks’ and save games. I’ve got a feeling I’m going to play this till it breaks and then buy another..... Just a couple of games wouldn’t work, but I know that if I ask, they’ll help me out; their customer service has been great for me. Cheers!

Great console and great support, very quick delivery. Every time I have any question, they answer through messenger always happy to help. Same console is so amazing, giving so much fun in all ages.

Just wanna say a big thanks to Dave and the gang for sorting my superior console out. Afta purchasing in late July my order was received in just over 2 weeks. Have only played a handful of games due the the vast amount on the console but none the less I would defo recommend this console to anyone looking to purchase one. It's so simple and easy to set up even the controllers. Here's to a few more years of trolling through the games and reliving my childhood. Thanks guys 👍🏻

Received in 2 days. Excellent customer support and a good product. Just need to get an offline PRG app mode for this to be absolutely next level, but I hear its imminent so here's hoping.

Great console, there was a few days delay, with delivery but the guys kept me informed all along the way, and were very helpful with any issues i had setting up the console.

The console itself is great and you get to relive your childhood and get more games than you need, overall very happy

Just had an email from trustpilot informing me my review was removed as the pi boys "didn't believe I'd had a genuine purchase experience" 😂 well I can't believe they're still trading 😂 and I can see here that little has changed over the last several months - broken promises and unreturned refunds, "inbox me about the refund, so I can sell you down the river for another 6 months with my disarmingly pleasant tone whilst keeping your money". For those of you who read this before it's deleted, look up Odroid and buy directly from them. No BS there, delivered within 4 days, in tact, all working, same price just minus the pathetic "teething problems". Good old Dave The Rave. He really is a card 😂😂

I had read some of the reviews, and customers experience's, and had a few concerns prior to placing my order. I had gone on Facebook and messaged PRG, questions relating to comments made on Trustpilot, and doubts I may have placing my order. Every question was answered, and promptly kept up to date, on any issues that they be experiencing.
At one stage, I did think that I had been given a "swan song" about a supplier delivery, and that my order was going to be later than previously confirmed. I explained the situation, that the console was ordered for a birthday present, and they assured me that I would have it delivered prior to the birthday date. It was delivered by Royal Mail, recordered delivery as promised.
I would say, I was sceptical as many others have been, but have understood that problems do arise, and its how you deal with the issue. I have corresponded since the console has arrived, and they have helped me resolve an issue with the setup of the console, which had no bearing on the console, and they talked me through it. I have given them a 4 star rating, as a couple of the games don't load up!! This is "nit picking", as the other games I have played, I have had no issues, but 35,000, will take a lot of time to go through.
I parted with £215, a game console, two joy pads, and 35,000 games (less than a penny a game!!!) so I am happy with my purchase, and would advise others to ask questions if in doubt. Happy days!!🤓🤓🤓

I purchased the superior console and I have to give them credit for the outstanding selection of games. My one quibble was the length of waiting time for delivery. To be honest, I was getting concerned that I had lost my £200. However, after numerous e-mails, the guys informed me of their issues and true to their word, my console arrived. Once they have everything ironed out, I’m sure most people will give them 5 stars.

Hi I recently bought PRG’s superior console and it is fantastic.It’s great fun to play the old games and to experience all the different platforms they were released on. It helps to have basic IT skills but the help section on the website is very useful.

Customer service was fantastic before the console arrived. The console was OK, although so many of games didn't work at all. Emulators that were promised, such as Spectrum, still haven't materialised. Most Ameiga games that need the use of the mouse were pretty much useless. The mouse had one cursor on the screen, whilst another is also visible; this is the one that controls the game and is almost impossible to control. This is annoying as this emulator and games is the main reason I bought this.
I am due a partial refund as I changed my order. After over a year and being told five times "the money will be with you" I'm still waiting.
The console still has worth and is fun with lots of great retro games, but the poor post-sales customer service and glitchy games are a disappointment

Note this as a warning. Don't buy from this company.

Nearly a year after order and still no delivery, just excuse after excuse and promise after promise. I am not the only one.

The same items are available elsewhere.

All I ask of you before thinking of using this company is to quickly check the negative comments on trust pilot and see the consistent pattern in each comment.

Great console and customer service from the guys ordered the superior console got it up in Glasgow within 4 working days can’t ask for much more ! They kept me in the loop the whole time in regards to processing my order!

The console is everything it says and more, very much reliving my childhood with it !

There are few queries I have for the guys, after I finish exploring which from the dealings so far I’m sure they will more than be happy to help with

So now 7 days have come & still no refund from these guys!!!
Purchased on June 22nd - console returned as faulty, Pi Retro even say its faulty (I have screen shots to prove this).
So it is very clear that these people are not true to their word as no refund is in my account.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
It is clear for all to see that Pi Retro Gaming is out to take peoples money, but do not give it back when their product is not up to standard.

Excellent customer service and communications.
This company kept me fully and honestly up to date with the issues they have been having, and gave me alternatives when my order was late. Having said that, it arrived within a few weeks of me ordering and is everything I dreamed of ! Sad to say I am loving playing Lemmings again.
When I had some rooky questions on using the console they responded very quickly and sorted it all out.
Yes, they have had issues with supply, but I applaud them for not giving up and doing their very best for their customers.

i originally ordered my console from these guys in December.they ran into shipping delays. waiting on parts.this lasted for roughly three months.eventually i had a refund.once they were back on their feet.i reordered.received my goods within 3 days.These guys rode out that storm.They had at the beginning of the year and gave customers the chance for refunds or to wait.
a lot of companys.would just close the doors and set up as some one else.Now i have my console and it was well worth the wait

Bought my console which arrived a day later then I thought, was a bit worried with all the reviews about them . But have had no issue with console when it arrived. Staff answered emails or FB chat.
