Solid Quality at a great price.
I have to say I’ve always been extremely happy with all the reels I have purchased. I know when buying one not to expect to be receiving a Vanford or Zillion style high end reel. But I always get a solid product for a solid price, especially if it’s during a flash sale or any discount.. I’ve been using my original Torent since around the time they were released and still always have it ready to go on my yak!

I purchased the Carbon R1 rod with the Carbon X ll spinning reel and I am thoroughly impressed! The look and feel of this setup is top notch! Incredibly light and pairing it with blackout 8x braid it is sleek! The action of the rod and the smoothness of the reel with 11 bearings and 6.2.1 ratio is a steal for the price! Keep up the great work Piscifun!

Overall great gear at reasonable prices
Easy to follow website, good deals, fast shipping and cannot comment on customer service haven’t had to use it yet after 7 reels so far have been incredible. One of my spinning reels came with a bent bail but easily straightened after the initial shock of how did this make it past quality control.

Indistinguishable from higher priced brands
The reel I ordered arrived very quickly and is hard to distinguish from a brand I've used for years. The Piscifun reel is smooth and when I get the chance to use it I'm sure I'll be veey satisfied.

Not happy
I ordered 2 reels- a week later they never shipped- emailed customer service- no reply- called 4 times- no reply- finally got a hold of customer service- cancelled my order and got the same exact reels on Amazon for $19 cheaper in 2 days- I love the product but service was horrible!

Great Catfishing Reel
The picifun alijoz 400 is great for catfishing. It is a high quality reel that casts great and very powerful even with 8:1 ratio. It will even cast a 3/4 oz crank bait well, maybe not as well as my curado 150 but distance is probably about 80% of what my curado will do even though the 400 is not designed for small crank baits. Get the 8:1 ratio it’s great with massive power.

Size.....
Reel looks quality. Reading reviews decided on 1000 series. Turns out reel is quite small. Should have ordered the next size up for south tx inshore.
Update: I have used this reel twice now. Very smooth. Handled a 21" redfish just fine. I am just use to a little bigger body reel. No disappointments.. I will keep fishing it. Great for finess fishing flounder...

the fly reel drag system just stumps…
the fly reel drag system just stumps me. I tighten up the drag which affects reeling in, but the lines just flows off the reel even when the drag is tight. whats up with that?
