PARFAIT, excellent service

we have ordered a summer cover for the pool of our country house in France. despite the fact that I let you know in advance that we were only in France for 1 week to receive your delivery, nothing arrived. When I contacted you by telephone I was VERY Badly treated. It costs us a lot of time and aggrevation. all for a stupid poolcover. Pls be honest on your site about delivery times! don't mention it will take 72 hours when the minimum delivery is 2 weeks.
NEVEr will I order through your site again after this very bad experience.

No!No!No! Absolutely appalling. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company. They took my order and agreed a delivery date for my of my pool for January 2017.
They would not deliver and although we had paid in full the agreed the price, after weeks of contacting them to ask where my pool was they finally told me that the price had increased and although they had over 10,000 euros of my money they would not send the pool because they increased the price by 500 euros.
I finally relented and sent the 500 euros ransom money. The pool parts finally arrived in April.
I was assured of delivery to my house by an all terrain fork lifttruck.
The delivery driver threw out my pallets 4km from my house and refused to deliver it to me. 8 pallets weighing over 2000kgs!

I ordered an 8 x 4 pool. The parts sent to me were a mix of 8x4 pool and 6x3 pool. Despite sending photographic evidence of incorrect and missing parts ( leg supports missing etc) the company ignored me. I had to contact the manufacturers who were not much better. I finally got the missing parts when it was too late to enjoy my pool for summer. We managed to reschedule the building of the pool for autumn 2017 and we are still unable to swim in it as we have to wait for spring/summer 2018. Altogether a terrible stressful experience with the worst customer service I have ever known.

Bad bad bad they have no knowledge of the product that they advertise on the net and substitute another product which they insist is correct which at best is ignorence and at worst I a lie
They then argue these facts via their sav and do not reimburse for around a month without being pushed verbally and forced
It is not my first bad experience with their sav but is certainly my last
