The order was shipped in a timely manner. However the order arrived defrosted and with all of the dry ice expended. The juice was, literally, soaking through the insulation. I think the problem was they shipped on a Friday and they should have waited until Monday to avoid the weekend. Also, I never received a reply to my e-mail inquiry as to if the product was safe to use in a defrosted state. I experimented with one package with no ill effects but, like I say a lot of product was lost in juice leaking from the package.
