Utter fiasco
I have used pitchcare to supply my gardening business for years. I have even previously recommended them to others. Sadly my last order was (not) delivered by TNT, despite a note on the door asking for the packages to be left in the garden TNT left a re-delivery card. When I called TNT I was advised they would not leave the package without a signature and could not deliver at the weekend. Im out at work all day, so advised if this was the case they should return the package to Pitchcare, they agreed to do this. I then placed an order with another supplier for the items. The next day TNT left the package, something they told me was impossible without a signature. Pitchcare then arranged for TNT to collect the packages. Today the packages were left out as agreed but TNT did not collect them.
I very much doubt i will do business with pitchcare again unless they choose a more professional carrier.

I have placed an order with Pitchcare.com paid for my order, got a confirmation email swiftly followed by an email informing me that the order will not be despatch for 3 weeks as there is an issue with the product. If I knew this when placing order, I would have gone to another supplier.
3 weeks later, I have received another email - this time, they were not able to give me the delivery date at all.

Forget Customer Service
We ordered some Everedge from this company with a promised Next Day Delivery. As we had ordered on a Friday, we expected it on the following Monday, but they scheduled it for Tuesday. We received an email saying that it would be delivered by TNT. On the Tuesday afternoon, we received an email saying that our parcel had been delivered at 14:30 – it had not. We had the front door open all afternoon as we were working right by it and no-one came up the path at all. We phoned Pitchcare who said they would investigate what had happened and call us back – they didn’t bother. So much for Customer Service (or rather lack of). Later on in the afternoon, someone rang from another village and said that our order had been stuck to the back of theirs and they had just discovered it. My husband then had to get in the car and drive over to collect it. 3 days later and still no-one from Pitchcare has bothered to call. Dreadful service all round. I can see why they get such bad reviews.

Avoid!!!!
My order came last week, 1 bag was missing, 1 bag was split and spilt on the pavement when it was being taken off the pallet!
I’ve tried getting in touch with customer services and have been ignored!
All this whilst paying £46 for delivery! Absolute joke!

Product doesn't work, cannot make contact with them
Ordered Mo Bacter from Pitchcare, it's fair to say after 4 weeks waiting for the product to do its job, it hasn't done anything. Tried calling pitchcare 6 times, no one will ever answer. Emailed them also, no response.

Re my previous review
Re my previous review, I did discover, some time after the event, that money had been refunded. Of course, they didn't bother to tell me!
So not quite as bad as I originally thought. The did eventually fulfil their refund promise, but the bad service remains...
Awful service
A terrible company to deal with, even allowing for Covid-19 prevalence.
I made a purchase from them and paid at time of placing the order on their website via PayPal.
No order confirmation email arrived, so I rang them later in the day and was told they had to send a special proforma order back to me. This arrived later that day and i paid [again, as the first hadn't gone through!]. I could have waited a week for this to happen without my chasing it. Was told product would be with me in 2-3 days. Nothing by the end of the week, 4 days later. So rang again and was told it hadn't been dispatched so they would get supplier to send it directly to me. Rang again after the weekend [1 week after ordering]. They contacted supplier and still couldn't find out if it had been dispatched! As it was time-critical, I asked for a refund and cancellation so I could order elsewhere] No refund arrived, but after 2 days the consignment arrived - though in the interim I'd purchased elswhere, who delivered 2 days later]. I rang again asking for my promised refund and this time was told it wasn't agreed, in contradiction to the previous conversation.
In the event I made alternative use of the product, but be warned:
THIS IS AN INEFFICIENT COMPANY WHICH CAN'T TRACK ITS OWN ORDERS AND GOES BACK ON ITS PROMISES.
AVOID!
