Good facilities but be aware of 2 types of service charge added to your bill

The golfing experience and facilities were good and we had a good time. However, when presented with the bill for the drinks (together with the card reader to pay) we didn't notice that 12.5% service charge had been added. When the bank card was presented an option to add a 'tip' came up. Thinking this was the only charge we selected 10%. The next day I examined the bill and noted the 12.5% charge plus a further 10% tip, which meant we actually paid 10% of the service charge. I have been in contact with Pitch who informed me (quite rightly) that each of the charges are discretionary and the 'tip' is available should a customer want to give more than the 12.5% service charge.
I think these 2 charges should be made clear to customers when they get their bill.
