Fast order processing and shipment. Couldn'tbe more efficient!

We are way down in Cape Town. In just one week the press was here!!

I purchased the Piteba manual oil expeller in October 2025. Upon receiving the product, I encountered a minor issue, but the customer service team responded very promptly and assisted me in resolving it effectively.

Initially, due to my unfamiliarity with the operation, the pressing speed was relatively slow and the oil yield was not as high as expected.Over the past few months, as I have become more familiar with the machine's operation, I have increasingly appreciated the excellent design, superior build quality, and remarkable durability of the product. Whenever I have encountered questions or issues, the staff have been patient, responsive, and genuinely willing to help resolve them.

I am more than happy to recommend this product to others. The quality, thoughtful design, and outstanding customer service all deserve full marks.

Overall, I am highly satisfied and would rate it 5 stars.

I haven’t used my new press yet however I was impressed by the thorough documentation and slick dispatch.

The oil press went to Harare not Bulawayo and UPS there sent me a invoice wanting US$240 to do customs clearing then forward the press to Bulawayo. This is double what I paid for the oil press. I will just not accept it. I am now sorry I even ordered the press.They can stick the press up their whatever.

This simple machine is perfect for a small olive orchard ( about ten olive oil trees). Is it easy? No! It takes work to manually extract oil from dehydrated olives. When I can afford it I’ll add on the electric motor. But I’m having fun in the mean time!

So 5 stars - minus one - because it is such a usefull, keep it simple product, that is not not compatible to the virtuel and stupid world of online-ratings. We all had to decrease internet-time and increase garden/agriculture/hands-on time - not for money but for real knowledge. ( and to learn how fresh pressed oil taste !!!)

Customer service dismissed my request...they claim cold pressing is much higher quality oil, but then the tutorial video for olive pressing suggests heat drying the olives first and then use a flame source (provided with presser) while extracting oil (olive oil stops being extra virgem above 27 degrees temperature)!! Very tiring process and frustrating...they refuse refunds or returns...I am sooo upset with myself 😭 I'm now left with almost €300 worth of a so called presser that I find utterly useless...

The site is easy to use, and i received an answer to my question on the next working day. Plus the promoting gesture of free shiping in EU, which completed the overall experience and led me to purchase my first, manual, press.
