Quality of print is great, first delivery was damaged in transit, however the company dealt with the issue very well and replaced the item very quickly, I would use Pit Lane Prints again

LN4 Prints
The items were despatched in a timely manner and they are of extremely high quality, very beautiful prints for a LN4 fan (LN1 now!) It took Pit Lane Prints a little bit of time to get back to my emails but I assume there were extenuating circumstances and it caused no real issue with my order at all, I was just panicked as these were a gift but they arrived in time and the recipient loves the prints. I have since returned to order a couple for myself.

Awful
Ordered framed print got an unframed one . Then after contacting them got told oh we’ve sent frame separately as there was a stock issue it should arrive tomorrow. Which it didn’t. Then when it did they had sent 2 frames, identical which were too small for the print !

Your print arrived before your frame because there were no frames in stock in the same production hub so it was sent separately. Not sure why 2 arrived although don't think that's something to complain about.
And the size, please take a look at your order, you ordered a 21 x 29.7cm frame for a 30 x 40cm print.
To be clear, your order was processed and delivered as it should have been, all present and correct even an extra frame :)
