We have been testing this product and fully expected to send it back using the free 42 day return policy. Reality is the opposite, we found the device and app easy to set up and use. After reading the FAQs, we always use the start your walk option before leaving the house, recognising the tracker does have restrictions due to reliance on phone signal and GPS. On testing, the tracker was weakest in woods, due to weak signals. Overall, this product has been an amazing confidence booster for us and our toy poodle has certainly enjoyed the freedom. Would absolutely recommend.

I love that you don’t need a subscription. It didn’t work when we went to woolacombe as we had no signal but it’s been great otherwise. My dog got out the garden and I quickly tracked him to the neighbours house. I would have panicked without it.

Great product that works well. I just wish the battery would last a little longer before recharge. The fastener holding the unit on the dog collar is of concern after previous unit became accidentally detached.
