Five stars for this dog tracker. GPS side's solid, —tracks well but can lag a few seconds, so the pup might seem farther than it is. Works fine overall. Health stuff's great: monitors sleep, playtime, well-being, all that. Only gripe? Instructions say need good Wi-Fi, but nah, it's cellular data you want. Wi-Fi messes it up, like if it's hooked to your car's WiFi nothing will work. Turn WiFi off, use mobile internet instead. App's a tad clunky, but for the monthly price, can't complain.

Where I live in Yorkshire the signal is poor - you have to use GPS in urgent mode otherwise it doesnt track anything... 2 stars because it feels solid, just sadly doesnt work very well - because of the issues above the batterly will last 3 days max...

Very bad quality, does not track even when settings are changes to urgent. When loading the tracking it takes 15 - 20 minutes even with the start my walk option. This is with clear line of sight and battery fully charged. It is very poor quality and the application very basic. I have purchased an activity monitor before and it was excellent. If you pick the subscription option, you are pulled in even after 12 months which is poor. Because if you buy one full price you are not pulled into a subscription. Thankfully I am still within the 42 days so will be sending it back. I purchased two for my cockapoos. I have called support and spoke with Mark at the beginning if the week, I have called every day with no answer.

Works well but only just had it. I was a bit afraid it might come off my dog’s collar as she’s a spaniel and does go into the bushes for fun. So far it’s remained in place but it’s not really had a good test yet!
