Best customer service I've encountered
A wonderful company with fun loving staff. DPD lost/stole my parcel that PitViper sent me over a month ago. I got concerned and contacted them, and they offered to resend the package at no cost. I was baffled but very happy with the service of course, as it far exceeded my expectations. Hope the new parcel arrives soon, as it was supposed to be a Xmas present! I'm sure they will be so happy to get their new pitviper sunglasses! Rock on pitviper, you're an absolute star.
