Best customer service I've encountered

A wonderful company with fun loving staff. DPD lost/stole my parcel that PitViper sent me over a month ago. I got concerned and contacted them, and they offered to resend the package at no cost. I was baffled but very happy with the service of course, as it far exceeded my expectations. Hope the new parcel arrives soon, as it was supposed to be a Xmas present! I'm sure they will be so happy to get their new pitviper sunglasses! Rock on pitviper, you're an absolute star.

Great company. B)

Amazing customer service and fast delivery considering it’s from USA. Their shipping and taxes are broken down at the checkout and have never had problems with customs when items are being delivered. One time when my parcel didn’t arrive before the guaranteed date their customer service immediately refunded me the cost of shipping without question.
