They are no longer operating, but the website is on and they continue to take orders (including sending emails requesting a bank transfer). Then they don't respond to phone, email, whatsapp, nothing.

I placed an order , I sent money and never received good or even a reply to my e-mails.
Save your money and your time!

I wish I could give a zero. They shipped my previous order perfectly so in June I made another one, this time I got only two packets of total of 9. No replies to our numerous e-mails.
This really seems to be a scam. Have to think what to do next. Will use other companies from Germany that work.

I wish I would have checked Trustpilot before my order. They sent me nothing and no answer to my contact efforts.

Pivana did not ship the product. Like all the other reviews. I dont know if anyone on this forum has contacted the Czech authorities. They should be stopped.

First time, in Sep 2024 my paid order had "lost" in their system. I tried to contact them and at last someone answered by private message here. They finally delivered my order and it was all right. So I made a mistake and made another order. It's been now over a month. They won't answer e-mails I've sent to customer support address. Also they won't answer private messages any more. They just took my money and ghosted me.
I'm going to claim my money back from Visa and after that make a criminal report.
I can't recommend this shop to anyone.

they provide a fake tracking number that does not work. They never shipped anything. This place used to work successfully in the past, but not anymore.

This page is clearly a hoax! I ordere about 40 euros of beers, I received a message 3 weeks ago that the order is shipped (delivery would be from Czech republic to Czech republic). From that moment I didn't receive any update, if I try the tracker on the web page but my order doesn't exist. I call the given number and the lady keeps saying that it's "in progress" but without any real update. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

Order placed in mid September, status still in "Processing in progress", no updates

I placed my order five weeks ago. Status says "processing in progress". It has not been shipped. Also customer service doesn't answer any messages and will not refund also.

I nener got my delivery that I made august 28 .
Customservice does not answer my messages .
But at once ,I got answer by Messenger September 19,that customerservice tryes to do everything for lost
delivery .
And to day , October 1 :th my delivery founded me !
I ordered products Many times from Pivana and it has worked well every time .

I ordered here, but something went wrong with the delivery. I have never received the order and got no refund. Customer service never responded after that. I can not recommend this shop.
