Quality-price service is very good, good website, good costumer service. Do not recommend sending files in CMYK for a casual costumer, they handle RGB very well and the files come out looking their... See more

Good quality overall but shipping needs addressing
Good quality overall, but my problem is that during the rainy season, the package should be wrapped in plastic film. Fortunately, it stopped raining on the day of delivery, but had the package been exposed to rain, most, if not all, of the flyers could have been ruined. If that had happened, I would have disappointed my client, delayed the project by a week, and incurred double the costs.
This is simply not acceptable from a company the size and expertise of Pixartprinting. A few cents spent on plastic film could save your clients hundreds of euros in damages.

Not printed properly
Hey,
I just want to give a review, my file was 100% accurate but when i received the business cards it was not properly aligned when you printed it and i had to waste them, it gives so unprofessional impression. i took the opportunity to have it for me first and afterwards i would have ordered it for all my other 15 employees. But i think i will not be ordering anymore from here. my money was wasted.
If possible i request please re-print it and send with proper alignment of the card. Thank you
