Isn't what is described and for a company that says they are good with AI content they basically copied their name and logo from another company specialised in design and web development. 0/0 for creativity, 0/0 for advertising as free, THIS IS A SCAM

Warning: This service is deceptive. They lure users with a 10p charge, then sneakily hit you with £49.90 for something you didn’t request. I did not register for an account or agree to pay anything. This is unethical, especially targeting people trying to recover sentimental photos.

I have reported the issue to my bank and the Financial Ombudsman. Sharing this to prevent others from being scammed.

dont waste your time with this company very poor experience

I was trying to create a video and I clicked 'generate', and then my screen froze!! my mouse wouldn't move and I couldn't do any keyboard shortcuts! I couldn't even turn my computer off! Don't use this website to avoid getting viruses.

My experience has been good. I believe it can get better, but it's better than what is out there at a fraction of the cost. Have been using it a lot for work

Bought it to bulk edit images in bulk, such as background removal and background editing for my ecommerce catalog. I am satisifed with the results so far.

A couple of instances it worked really well in upscaling video and photos.. so I purchased credits to continue testing. Then problems began.. Sometimes it would work well other times it doesn't actually render any result. But each time it consumes credits. So about 50% of the time it consumes credits without doing anything. I have tried to get InTouch with their support but apparently they must be on a different time zone.. no one responds to the chat except after hours and hours of waiting.

Given it works well some of the time, I would be happy if they would refund my credits that were consumed without any rendering results and fix the issues so it will work and not crash or fail to render, or only take the credits after a confirmed result.

0 stars. Scammers. Don’t risk it, they will refuse to provide a refund.

If I could rate zero I would. It wouldn’t generate 5 seconds of the content for free as advertised so I went and ahead and paid to get “credits” to download the whole video. After paying I tried generating the content again and the page crashed and removed all my credits.

I tried clicking the “report an issue” and “help” button on the page. The buttons do not work.

There’s no contact information except three email addresses from India. Absolutely pitiful scammers!

Absolute scam!
Same as all the other reviews, the watermark remover works perfectly on the free images, then as soon as I’ve paid it fails to remove watermarks and leaves blurry lines all over the images. The ‘support’ is beyond laughable, clearly a half AI/ half Indian outsourced chat.
DO NOT waste your money.

Awful... dont waste your time and spend money with this people. No refund and bulls***. I used free version and it looks ok for images I need fix. Then I pay, and use their website to convert another image and doesnt work, was horrible result. Support dont help, I use not even 5% of credits/coins and they refuse refund and bla bla bla waste of time.

Let’s start off with how this is advertised as FREE but after two pictures you have to pay extra. Then let’s go with the fact that if you start to process pictures as a batch and want to cancel half way through the process you will STILL LOSE OUT ON THE COINS USED!

I then emailed someone who sent me a link to their refund policy which doesn’t even exist when you click on the link to be told it’s in their terms that they don’t have a refund policy however if the link doesn’t work and there’s no T&C’s how would you know😂

I strongly advise staying away or at least claiming a dispute with your bank for false advertisement

FRAUDULENT advertising and a scam. It is advertised as 'fully free without trials and support multiple image formats for processing at once' In reality you can have THREE free images downloaded ONLY in a month and then you need to pay but you only discover this once you try to use it. No one in their right mind will pay for a company that lies in its advertising and then you read the reviews here and be glad you did not.

If you work out the cost of amending ONE image per credit and you will soon see the packages enable you to do next to nothing at all even if you do pay they would be at an extortionate rate. All in all another hyped up trash con service

I purchased credits on PixelBin to remove watermarks, but the results were extremely poor. After contacting support, I was told the issue was because I used screenshots instead of original image files. However, this limitation was never disclosed anywhere on their website or during checkout.

I explained that I only had screenshots and bought the service in good faith, expecting the advertised results. Instead of offering a solution or refund, support pointed to a blanket “non-refundable” policy.

This is highly misleading: a service should work as advertised, and if there are restrictions (like “screenshots won’t work properly”), these must be clearly stated before purchase. Otherwise, consumers are paying for something they cannot use.

I’ve requested a refund based on EU consumer protection laws, but so far, PixelBin refuses. I will be pursuing a chargeback with my bank.

⚠️ Be very cautious before purchasing. Unless you have original, high-resolution files (which is not mentioned upfront), you may be left with unusable results and no refund.

Terrible customer service.
There was no communication whatsoever — yet apparently, I "signed" something in their Terms stating there’s no return policy. I had completely forgotten to cancel this subscription amidst all my others. I only paid once and never used it again.

They didn’t send an email or reminder, just reappeared out of nowhere and took money from my account — without warning, and with full authority over my billing.

I’ve now cancelled the subscription, but there should be a much better process in place for customers who are dissatisfied. I'm disappointed, though not surprised, at the shockingly low reviews.

AVOID, people.

They stole my website URL, branding and then when contacted tried to change it. Tells you alot about their ethics.

Email was compromised 10 mins after singing up on there site.

Absolute trash. Their watermark remover removes logos and everything else. Most photos came through with the watermarks still there, like it couldn't detect it. Sad. Never paying for this again.

Do not use. This is a subscription trap.
