Problem fixed in less than 30min
I was facing a Red Screen error on two different plugins (FCPX Stabilizer 2.0 & Motion Blur). The support team was able to sort me out in less than 30min.
I wish support was always that good!

Pixel Film studios is the GOAT for plug ins and customer service

Using PFS Plugins for some years now.
I've been using a number of Pixel Film Studio plugins for FCPX for a number of years and have found them excellent. Easy to use and very professional. When I've had a problem, which is very rare, PFS have sorted it out for me easily. I would recommend Pixel Film Studios to everyone.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I was experiencing issues with a plug-in I purchased last year. I tried troubleshooting using their FAQ page but was unsuccessful. I decided to contact their customer service via live chat and they walked me through all of the steps to help fix my issue. I am not too tech savvy so I appreciated how patient and attentive they were to my issue. After about 30 minutes, my issue was resolved and they even reset the number of downloads I had left on my plugin. They have a vast amount of plug-ins that can help to make your videos stand out. Worth the $$. Definitely would recommend!!

Great Plug Ins and Great Support
I've used a number of Pixel Studio plug in for Transitions, Animated Text, Split screens and Lower Thirds and they are relatively straightforward to use and add a professional touch to my videos.
I had a problem recently following a Final Cut Pro upgrade and the response from Pixel Studio Help Desk was first class-quick to respond and with an effective solution.

PFS Plugins are great!
