This unfortunately is not based on your experience with the website itself, but rather a specific seller. We do our best to keep the marketplace clean of inactive sellers (products are auto-disabled if they haven't logged in within 1 week), but unfortunately we can't force sellers to log in if they don't care about their account or on-site reviews.
