I emailed them and sent them three pictures and asked which one would be best, of which they promptly replied and told me the process and selected the best photo out of what I supplied. Amazing!!! The picture is just like a painting and it feels like a painting! My boyfriend will love it! His mom passed away when he was a teen and he never really had pictures with his mom. I thought it would be ideal to merge a picture of his mother with him as an adult now. :)
