Pixel Advanced Banking script
Bought a script that they released and from day 1 script was broken. Took them almost a week to try and find a solution. They had a very responsive and attentive support by the name of Riley letting them know he knew how to fix the issue and finally after a week they decided to listen to him and finally script was fixed. I play on a higher resolution so then I let them know that their script wasn’t adapting to my resolution in which Ophez (another dev that’s part of their team) told me he was going to get right on it. So now supposedly script is fixed but the head dev by the name of lil.dope forgot to also update the lib. So as you guys can imagine I now have a broken script again as the lib which is the scripts dependency doesn’t have correct info for the updated script. I want to say it’s been almost 3 weeks that’s I’ve been going back and forth with them. Honestly don’t have any negative remarks in regards to Riley who disappeared out of nowhere and was banned I guess for speaking up and also can’t complain about ophez, as he has also been very responsive. Definitely can’t say the same about the head dev or head of this project or studio whatever they call it. By far worst customer service by lil.dope those awards he shows on his discord doesn’t reflect on their customer service e for sure. Just shows he cares for the money he gets paid and after that if you need help with the broken script he released at first he isn’t there or he fixes things whenever he wants or on his own time which should not be that way. I’ve bought other scripts and had the problems resolved within hours if not a few days but my lord 3 weeks going back and forth is unacceptable and a very bad look. Don’t be misguided by the Tebex awards, the customer service and attention sucks so if you buy a script good luck getting the attention you deserve as a paying customer.
