Found a contact number for pixframe

I have the same story as everyone else on here ordered a canvas 4 weeks ago still not received anything contacted the company via email several times as they have no contact number and still no reply
I phoned groupon to sort it out but gotta wait 2 weeks to find out if it will be sorted ..... GROUPON SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THIS COMPANY BEFORE ALLOWING THEM TO SELL ON THIER SITE!!!

To add to this review I have just found a contact number for pixframe but it's an Italian company I have just rung them about my canvas and am waiting for them to track my item and ring me back .... I'll keep you posted on how it goes but if anybody else wants it the number is +390125676399
...... I've just received a call back from the boss at pixframe from a British number apparently there was a problem with the courier and my canvas is now at parcel force and should be delivered next week so I'm guessing this is the same for most other people who are having the same issues from this company however if any of you want to contact them the number they rang me from is 01342 821002

Scam company

We nade our order on December 10th 2014, it's now middle feb & we've had nothing. My partner sent countless emails with no reply. We are very disappointed as I had recently had a baby girl with some beautiful photos taken of all us together & we were looking forward to a lovely canvas on our living room wall, but looks like that's out the window!! If I could give this company no stars this is what they would get as 1 star is too generous.

DO NOT USE

I purchased a Groupon voucher at the beginning of December 2014, then proceeded to placed my order. I could not purchase the canvas size that the Groupon voucher was for so had to pay almost £30 more for the next size up including delivery.
Today 9th February 2015 I have no canvas and with more than 30 emails having been sent to them I have not had a single reply as to the whereabouts of my canvas.

Satisfactory

My canvas was ordered on 5 December, finally after no response at all Groupon refunded my money, paypal opened a dispute to get my postage and packing back and then out of the blue my beautiful canvas arrived today (6 February).

Although the company were dreadful with communication and caused lots of hassle they did eventually produce the goods and I am happy with the quality.

What a con!

Ordered a canvas through Groupon on 7th December and still waiting. Groupon are not interested and send emails that they are looking into it but I seriously doubt whether I will ever get either the canvas or my money back. Would never buy anything from Groupon again.

Absolutely Awful - DO NOT USE

We purchased a voucher from Groupon on the 27th Nov 2014. We were then trying to contact Pixframe to find out the exact measurements of the canvas and to find out how much bleed we needed to put on the image to allow for the wrapping around the canvas. they did not understand our request and it took several attempts to find out the correct information we needed.
We eventually placed our order on the 4th Dec 2014. The canvas finally arrived on the 2nd Feb 2015

I know it was cheap and you get what you pay for but 2 months is a long time to wait for a canvas. Despite 7 emails to PixFrame chasing up where my order is they only ever responded to one to let me know that it had shipped on the 16th Jan and still took 2 weeks to be delivered.

Their customer service is terrible.

On a positive note though the canvas looks really good and the quality looks fine. Unfortunately their customer service has tarnished the whole experience and I will not be using them again.

Clearly a fake company who are making a lot of money by lying.

As per previous reviews, my story is exactly the same, no canvas despite paying P&P. They never respond to emails and they don't have a phone number. I too am going to watchdog and trading standards although I am not sure where we will get with that as I don't think they are based in the UK. I am going to see if they are on twitter and FB and also review them there. It will highlight the problem with buying groupon or or vouchers from such companies and make others aware of how easy it is to be duped. I have managed to get my money back from Groupon but will not give up on trying to obtain my p&p back. These companies need to be put out of
business (if they have one)....

JUST NEED TO UPDATE THIS REVIEW, I HAVE NOW RECEIVED MY CANVASS. IF ONLY PIXFRAME HAD RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS TO SAY THEY CLEARLY COULD NOT COPE WITH THE DEMAND OF A GROUPON VOUCHER AND TO BARE WITH THEM, IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ALL THE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS I HAVE MADE TO STANDARD TRADING, FRAUD ON LINE AND GROUPON. SILLY, SILLY PEOPLE. I NOW HAVE TO MAKE MORE CALLS TO CANCEL MY REPORTS. I MUST SAY ABOUT THE CANVASS, IT IS JUST ABOUT WORTH THE £12 I PAID FOR THE VOUCHER, WON'T BE RUSHING TO USE THE COMPANY AGAIN.

Ignored and non existent order

I have ordered and have the same story as all the others here. No canvas and no response from them either. I am now going to report them to trading standards, and also to the BBC program watchdog. I urge the rest of you to do so as it gives a stronger case against this company if there is many complaints.

PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED ORDERED ON 12TH DEC 14

Where shall I start! Print ordered for xmas present on 12th Dec. Paid via Groupon. Emailed Pixframe several times had no response/reply. Considering contacting Trading Standards regarding this company due to the number of customers still awaiting goods yet Groupon are still using this company and taking customers money!!!!!!!!!!!!

No response, no product!!

Ordered on the 15th December from Groupon, was told on the 12th January it would be sent within 1-2 days and still nothing 3 weeks later!! No response to my emails, no phone number and no response from Groupon either. I would urge all who have ordered through this company and been let down to put a claim through on paypal! This is what I shall now be doing. Disgusting!

4 Weeks ago - still not received

Ordered a canvas for a present on 30/12/2014 and have had no response to my queries about tracking numbers or when I should expect to receive the canvas. The Status of the printing said it wasn't even printed until 15/01/2015. Terrible service and customer service

Pixframe review - this is a scam. You will not get any goods and they will ignore you!

I totally agree with all the other negative reviews left on here.

I had previously bought canvas' on Groupon with no problems. However, on this occasion it has been about a month since the voucher was redeemed and still no goods. The company has ignored my e-mail and Groupon send virtually automated e-mails that ignore all the information you have provided. Worst customer services ever! Avoid, avoid AVOID!

do not use

I purchased a groupon voucher. I ordered 10th december and after several weeks of nothing i emailed 3 times with no responce. They overcharged me for delivery. I finally recieved my canvas a few days ago and given the fact its taken them 4months...i didnt expect to have to bin the canvas. The picture wasnt blown up correctly and was black down both sides...the quality was shockingly blurry and the frame itself i could have made! Out of pocket with a canvas a child could have made. Do not recommend at all

Canvas hasn't even arrived!!!

I also ordered a canvas before christmas, likewise I'm still waiting! Contacted the company they explained they were back loaded, one month later still no canvas, and now I don't even get a reply! In the process of trying to get a refund!! Unacceptable!

Very poor - would avoid

I bought a print using Groupon before Xmas intending it to be a Xmas present. It's now almost February and still I have not received. I have e-mailed numerous times about my order and recently got a reply saying that they are busy and it'll be delivered next week. Still waiting...

I would avoid - I've had prints done before through other sites and they've arrived in a timely fashing.

Not recommended!

Absolutely Appalling - Avoid this retailer

Ordered 2 weeks prior to Xmas, still no canvas. I have had one broken English email stating that they are busy. Groupon have also failed to deal with my complaint and simply try to direct you back to the retailer.

Avoid both businesses for a stress free shopping experience - a bargain is only a bargain if you get what was purchased.
