Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Do not recommend pixiform to other parents. The products and concept of easy assembly might be appealing, but save yourself the frustration of dealing with unprofessional companies.
Made a purchase of multiple pieces for my child’s playroom for a total of +6500 kroners. Several of the items were defective: one had pieces that did not match/could not assemble, a second had a cracked piece, a third fit too loosely and easily detached.
I wrote an email with photos attached. Followed up on the email two days later. Called their phone the day after during office hours indicated on website only to reach voicemail. Wrote again. Called the following week several times, but all calls rang until they reached voicemail. So at the 4th or 5th attempt I left a voicemail asking to hear back. After all this effort to contact them for a week, I receive a shipmondo shipping label email in my inbox. Not a single word from pixiform to my previous emails - no instruction, no explanation, nothing. Somebody is working in that office and pushed a button to email me a label but cannot reply to my emails or answer my calls. Absolutely ridiculous.
