BEWARE OF PIXITY

After running the Safeguard theme for a few years and updating it regularly, I now cannot update the header anymore because it requires a plugin to run Safeguard Options, and according to the developer I have to COMPLETELY rebuild the site because:

"Unfortunately the latest version is not compatible with your version of the theme . If you want to use the latest version you need to rebuild the content. Thanks."

THen they said that we had to use backups to revert to the "previous version".

We asked what had to be rolled back? The theme? A plugin? The WordPress version?

Because we agave them a one star rating they then refused to support us and we had to go to the card company to get your money back for the support extension we paid for in Envato, as they would not refund us after taking our money and not supporting us.

BUYER BEWARE - These people will abandon your site and force a rebuild. Why would I rebuild on this theme and risk this happening again? Ill just rebuild it on new, SUPPORTED theme.

The impact of this is I now look stupid for choosing this theme to my client.

Amazing service!

Amazing service, ordered a camera with tight deadline requirements. The shipped within 30 minutes and it arrived the next day. Can’t recommend them enough, I’ll be coming back for more gear soon!

Faultless Service

Having received four quotes for my 150-600mm Sigma C lens, Pixity was the best so I used them.
I was not disappointed for the service and procedure was faultless. Payment was made and in my bank account same day of their receiving the lens.
I hadn’t realised that I’d left my tripod plate on the lens tripod collar which they pointed out and they kindly returning it to me.
I’m very impressed with Pixity and would certainly recommend them for selling second hand camera equipment to.
