The worst customer service ever!
There was no notification at all when an item within the order was out of stock, until 1 week later that I sent in the request for the tracking number. No reply from their customer service for another 5 days. So they promised the rest of the order will be sent out right away, which they didn’t. It took another 3 working days until they finally sent out the package.

It was an absolute pleasure to use Pixizoo and I received my products a few days after completing the order. The online payment system worked well and I could track my products easily online. I also got emails throughout, updating me on the status of the purchase.
Pixizoo had a great selection of baby products and the site was very easy to navigate. The costumer service replied quickly on all questions I had.
I highly recommend Pixizoo for other consumers.
