Great customer service and product
Great that I received an email from them to say that the image I had supplied was not of good enough quality to make a satisfactory product. Gave me the opportunity to provide a sharper image, and thus a quality product at the end of the day.

It arrived damaged
It arrived damaged. The travel mug was covered in scratches and dent marks. The picture was blurry and put together awfully. Absolutely gutted.

Your comments are extremely important to us and I can only assume that our the email is caught up in your junk mail box. Could you please check and respond to the email as we would love to be able to help rectify any issues.
With regards to the scratches/dent marks, I'm not sure what may have caused this however it sounds like the damage may have been caused during packing or in transit as all products on our website are brand new and should definately not have any marks or scratches on them. Sorry..!
Also, with regards to your comments on the picture quality, unfortunately we can only print to the quality of the image provided. We use professional grade photo printers and print in high resolution format. I would recommend attaching and sending over an alternative (if you'd like) and we would be more than happy to post out a replacement mug.
