No correct Eur B2B invoices

I ordered prints on their .be site. Delivery and quality ok. But when I asked for a correct B2B invoice (invoices from Germany) they refused as "our site is for consumers only". That is not clearly indicated on the website as it should be according to EUR VAT rules. Only in a small sentence in article 7 of their 8 pages of general condiations: "Our online offer is exclusively aimed at private individuals. Therefore, our system is not designed to issue invoices without VAT." This is not a serious nor good practice.
24/01/25: Much appreciated your answer that you are going to make the B2C more clear in the portal. And of course the quality of the product was outstanding, so I will be future fan.

Order of 2 photo books placed on the…

Order of 2 photo books placed on the APP November 20th dispatched in 24th November.
No tracking for order although cost over £100.
Have emailed 3 times, emails have been sent back with no information on regarding where my order is.
When I log in via the website, it’s states I have no previous orders. When I log in on app and says dispatched.
No way to contact them as emails aren’t being received, yet I’m clicking on the emailed link to contact them. I can’t find a number to call.

Awesome Print Out

Firstly, I do not expect to print picture so fast on the internet with the adjustable tools on their website i was able to finish this on time and it was sent as soon as am done with editing. Privacy violation

I’ve had placed many different orders with Pixum and all of them were of high quality. My last order changed my perception of Pixum. Pixum does not take care with the data/files you upload on their platform, I received photo’s from an other customer. When I pointed this out to them they excused themselves after a couple of days. This makes them a poor company without caring about your data and privacy.

We begrijpen volkomen dat zoiets niet lekker valt en nemen het ook erg serieus; zoiets zou niet mogen gebeuren. Het gehele productieproces verloopt anoniem, dus ook in zo'n extreem buitengewoon geval als dit, is het voor ons niet mogelijk om vóór verzending de bestelde foto's met het eindproduct te vergelijken, zonder daarbij jouw anonimiteit en privacy te schaden. We zullen echter onze processen steeds optimaliseren, omdat jouw vertrouwen als Pixum-klant het allerbelangrijkst is. Daarom nogmaals ons excuses.

Ik hoop op je begrip en dat dit voor je niet een definitieve breuk met Pixum als jouw fotoservice betekent.
