So when I walked in the dominos and I tryed to order wings but I wanted two different types instead of one and the manager Neele started treating me like I'm stupid and started making fun of my religion by mocking it ( he said do I speak English ding ding ding)
then he told me to shut the f*** up and called my closest friend a racial slur, and specifically the N word and he told us to leave..

by the way guys they give you a free pizza if you leave a 5 star review please make them bankrupt or at least the pickering location one shut down.

my delivery driver karan was so nice until my card declined (it didnt decline the second time) and i was on FaceTime with my friend and he looks at me and i didnt tip him and he was zesty and looked at me weird and he threw my food and i said have a good one and got no response and he was driving recklessly on my street and my driveway

This was the fasted delivery I have ever had the pizza was great

I deal with the Edmonton Branch on 170th Street #10182 and it gives tremendous service faster than the time promised, always!! Hot!! Fresh!! Tasty!! Loaded!! What more could you want!! So I’m a Dominos person!

We have gone here for years now they drop double cheese they say extra cheese is the same as double but it isn't it is only half of the regular cheese they put on. If the customer is paying for double cheese what is the difference I have other pizza places and they said if a customer wants double cheese they get double cheese BAD customer service. This is in the Peterborough Ontario area.

I am beyond livid, seething with rage and utterly disgusted by the outright fraud and corporate deceit being perpetrated by Domino’s Pizza, not just at 222 Finch Avenue West in North York but across franchise locations all over Canada. This is not just an isolated case of shoddy service. This is a systemic, premeditated and calculated scam designed to rip off loyal customers while padding their already bloated profits.

Let me break it down. According to Domino’s own franchisee agreement and universal topping standards, a large pizza must have at least forty-eight slices of pepperoni. When ordering double pepperoni, it should logically contain a minimum of ninety-six slices. Simple math, right? Wrong. Because Domino’s Canada has decided cheating customers is more profitable than following their own damn rules.

I ordered a large double pepperoni pizza, expecting what was paid for, ninety-six slices minimum. Instead what I got was a laughable, pathetic and insulting forty-five slices. Not even the same amount as a single topping pizza. In what universe is that double? This is not an accident. This is not an oversight. This is a deliberate, cold-blooded rip off.

What we have here is corporate theft, a bait and switch scam disguised as a promotion and a blatant disregard for consumer rights. Domino’s runs advertisements on Hockey Night in Canada and as the playoffs approach, will be ramping up their advertising campaign, boasting about extra toppings, double toppings, triple toppings, but in reality, they are just lining their pockets while short changing every Canadian keeping them in business.

I am outraged, infuriated and appalled one of the largest pizza chains in North America if not the world, engages in such nefarious, egregious and downright criminal business practices. This is not just some lazy franchisee cutting corners. This is a systematic, Canada wide deception. They have been getting away with this highway robbery for decades because the average customer does not know the specifics of their universal franchisee standards.

It is time to put an end to this corporate theft once and for all. Domino’s Pizza must be held accountable for their predatory and unethical conduct. This calls for a nationwide class action lawsuit against Domino’s Canada to expose their fraudulent schemes and deter them from continuing their well documented pattern of consumer exploitation.

If you have ever felt short changed by a Domino’s double or triple topping pizza, you have been scammed too.
