I wouldn’t recommend anyone who wants to buy an oven from these guys. especially if you receive a delivery make sure there is no scratches or any other damage before you accept the delivery. because my oven was damaged when it was delivered and i asked them to replace it and they said that they would replace the part and after that they said the part was too expensive. the person i dealt with was daniel Philips and he was not professional at all.

Ridiculous "company". Waste of time and money. I've ordered pizza peels for my business. I was supposed to recieve parcel last week, still haven't received anything. When I am calling customer service they are sending me to contact with FEDEX. FEDEX confirmed they've lost my parcel and I need to contact with the company I purchased products from. I was lied all the time they would contact me same day. Never called me back. Today when I spoke with lady, she hung up in the middle of the conversation when I asked for immediate refund. I haven't shout, I wasn't unpleasant.
SCAMERS and that's it!

I ordered 9 items, had some issues with one, but costumer service was very helpful and quick to reply to my emails.
The delivery was very fast too.
I would buy from them again.

Friendly and knowledgeable service. happy to spend time explaining how to get the best Results.Great service. The order was swiftly turned around and delivered to time.
