NO REAL TIME SERVICE TO RESOLVE ISSUES

Received a pizzatime pizza from Marcos pizza that had no pizza sauce. Called several Marcos close to me and they all denied making it. PIZZATIME HAS NO WAY TO CORRECT ANY ISSUE WITH YOUR PIZZA -- BE IT DELIVERY OR BAD PIZZA. THERE VOICE MAIL LITERALLY SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME TOMORROW.

It's a great idea, timing needs improvement

It's a great idea, and we all had fun.
There is room for improvement in the timing. The pizzas did not arrive on time. Some came so early that they were cold by meeting start, others came an hour late. This might be fine if the meeting lasts a few hours, but our pizza party was scheduled for one hour, so

Waste of money

Paid roughly $30/person for us to each get a medium plain latte and a single donut from Dunkin Donuts. I wouldn’t waste time or money on this service.

Thank you for providing feedback. Our Coffeetime service costs $20/person, not $30/person.

When you add all the fees and service charges from our delivery partners, the cost for a latte and pastry is higher than it would be if you just went into the coffee shop (as it is with any food delivery service).

The mark-up for our services comes from sourcing different coffee shops and doing all of the delivery on behalf of the host and guests.

While we understand that our service may not be for everyone, I hope this clarifies the logic behind what we do.

There are too many irritations

There are too many irritations, frustrations and aggravations to write out. The guy behind the email account has received email messages from me about my requests for better and more timely service. Overall he is honest, but not diligent. One example is he didn't review deletions I added Saturday and Sunday to hid interface before a Monday event.

I would do it again :-)

Overall, the service was good. In one of the locations, the delivery was hours before the event so the person had to have a cold pizza.

Also, the phone number given to talk to a live person never picked up. For unusual events, it feels better to talk to a live person at times.

We loved the trivia game but some room for improvement

We loved the trivia game! Our host, Mike, was awesome! He was so friendly and funny.

Some feedback I heard from the team was it would be nice if they knew where their pizza was from. Several folks had no idea because there wasn't a clear name on the pizza box.

Also- as I was scheduling and ordering everything for the event, it was a little misleading on the cost of everything. The total was more than I was anticipating. It would be great to have an estimated total as you're finalizing the order or some way of letting the person know how much everything might cost as they are selecting.

We try to keep the pricing as transparent as possible on the website and checkout forms by listing the price on every item. For example, if you upgrade your pizza size, we state the associated fee. We understand that not having a running total as your adding items can make it confusing when it's time for checkout, and we apologize for that! We've added a "running cost estimator" as a feature request to avoid this in the future.

I loved this service

I loved this service! My company hired them to provide pizzas for all the remote workers and I was out of the country!!! I still got a pizza delivered and it was fresh, hot and delicious. I didn’t get an email or phone call so I wasn’t sure if anything was coming — it ended up being a surprise haha but it was great!

The delivery was prompt, but the pizza was just okay - no brand or restaurant name on the box so have no idea where it was from - if it came from a ghost kitchen or a brick-and-mortar restaurant

Simple, easy, local spot chosen…

Simple and easy for me to add my preferences for pizza and address. Pizza arrived without me having to think about anything else! Really liked that they chose a local spot to get pizza from, especially since we're picky about pizza in Chicago. One of my coworkers got theirs from Papa John's, but they're in Cali so I wonder if there were no local spots available.

The only thing I would have appreciated is a little heads up on when the pizza would be delivered. It just showed up which of course worked, but a little heads up would have been nice.

Great experience!

Me and my work teammates all work remotely and used Pizzatime to individually order pizza to our homes for a virtual event. I'm vegan and they had a pizza delivered from one of the vegan spots I'd suggested. Their ordering system is easy to use, food was delivered on-time, and our orders were spot-on!
