Great company very person centred. My grandson was delighted with the pencils he received which were sent as an alternative to the original order. This was after a full refund had been offered.

Made a great gift for a dear friend. I couldn’t be happier. They seem happy so I’m happy. The company themselves were incredibly accommodating and helpful. I originally had wrote my address but wanted it to my friends. About an hour after ordering I had to ask to change and it didn’t even seem to be an inconvenience to them in the slightest. I’ll certainly return to purchase another few bits from here especially with my sister birthday coming up!!

I have just looked into your order, and I believe the first line of your address is missing, this may have been missed off when entering your shipping details at time of check out. Sadly, we're unable to change/amend the shipping address.
