My journey with PK Coaching began the moment I came across the page on Instagram. Something about the approach resonated deeply with me — I had been on my fitness journey for years yet couldn’t understand why I wasn’t seeing the changes I was working so hard for. As someone who believes in science-backed methods, I felt this was finally the right fit, and I reached out in March 2025. Like many, I had tried online coaching before and carried some hesitation — particularly around performing exercises correctly without guidance in person — but from day one, the onboarding was incredibly clear and structured, covering everything from how to approach each training block, to nutrition principles, to the small lifestyle tweaks I never imagined could make such a meaningful difference.
What I’ve gained over this past year goes far beyond physical changes. I learned to trust the process, embrace the bigger picture, and let go of the need to see dramatic results overnight. The programme taught me how training, nutrition, stress management, travel, family commitments, and even social gatherings can all coexist with progress — without restriction, without guilt. I’ve grown physically, mentally, and nutritionally, and I now understand that this is a lifestyle, not a destination. The support, accountability, and science behind every decision made this journey feel safe, empowering, and truly sustainable. When I first joined PK Coaching

When I first joined PK Coaching, I was looking for more than just a training plan — I wanted structure, accountability, and a system that would help me break through plateaus both physically and mentally. I’d been training consistently, but progress had started to feel scattered and unfocused. I wanted someone who could fine-tune the details, push me past my comfort zone, and bring clarity to how I approached nutrition, recovery, and performance as a whole.

From day one, the experience exceeded my expectations. The communication is clear and consistent, the structure is thoughtfully built around real-life routines, and every element — from the check-ins to the workouts — feels intentional. There’s a strong sense of partnership; I never felt like I was just following a program, but actually learning how to think and move smarter.

The results speak for themselves. Physically, I’ve leaned out while adding noticeable strength and definition. Mentally, I’ve become far more disciplined and confident in how I manage my routine. There’s less guesswork, more momentum, and I actually enjoy the process again.

I started with PK because I wanted to…


I started with PK because I wanted to have a better lifestyle overall and reduce weight and gain muscles.
I thought that online coaching is going to be a bit harder but it actually was better for me. I learned to workout following instructions given, learned to do it for myself not because the coach is on top of my head. And I saw a real progress mentally and physically. Truly appreciate the support.

Changed My Perspective About Online Coaching!

I Approached him 8 months back for a help and guid on how to workout solo after being with personal trainers struggling in scheduling sessions.. Today, I get into the gym hitting all my sessions.. He acknowledged my problems with certain exercises and solved it with alternatives.. I truly appreciate the care and support I’m receiving and looking forward to learn and improve..

Steady progress, strong results

I have been training for years but never reached my fitness goals. With my busy schedule i needed a program that was simple, sustainable and realistic, and that’s what i found with PK coaching.

What truly sets PK coaching apart is the constant support from both Pete and Marlven. Always there to offer guidance, motivation and accountability.

The group sessions are very helpful and check-ins have helped me reflect, stay consistent and focused

My progress has been steady, and i’ve seen changes in both my body and mindset. I feel stronger, more confident and much more knowledgeable about fitness.

I highly recommend PK coaching to anyone looking for a personalized, flexible program that fits into a busy lifestyle and delivers results.

Trust the process

I’ve been working out for almost 10 years, mostly on my own, improvising schedules and pushing myself hard in both HIIT and strength training. While I did see results, it often came at the cost of exhaustion and a lack of long-term consistency.

When I decided to work with an online trainer and met Peter and Marlven, my perspective on training completely changed. They helped me understand that fitness should be a sustainable lifestyle, not just a “quick and dirty” approach. They designed a realistic 4-day program tailored to the equipment I have available. At first, I was skeptical, but after committing, I noticed steady progress—without the overwhelming fatigue I used to feel.

Now, I finish my workouts energized instead of drained, and I can carry on with the rest of my day. Peter and Marlven are responsive, supportive, and adaptable to my needs. I’m truly grateful for their guidance. Thank you, gents!

Stronger in Body, Mind, and Spirit – Thanks to PK Coaching

Before joining Pete, I had lost so much weight that I looked sick. I had barely any muscle mass, and it was a reflection of the stress, sadness, and other health issues I was going through. I knew I needed a change. I had also just had my breast implant surgery and was still in recovery—but I decided it was time to take control of my life and build the lifestyle I’d always dreamed of having.

Pete made that happen.

I’m now on my 120-day training streak, and it’s just the beginning of my life’s transformation. There’s more to do, more to achieve, but I’m proud of every single moment so far. Pete’s programme has helped me rebuild my strength, my confidence, and my mindset. The support, structure, and guidance have been second to none, and I have full faith in his process.

Pete and Marlven have honestly become like family to me—literally! More and more members of my family have joined, and we even have a friendly competition taking selfies and sharing them with Pete and Marlven to show our commitment and love. The programme is tailored to each of us—mine is different from my sister’s and my daughter’s—which makes it truly personal and effective.

I train everywhere, I control what I eat, and I feel like days without training are days wasted. This isn’t just a programme—it’s a lifestyle I’m proud of.

Great experience with PK Coaching 🙏🏼

Pete and his assistant, Marlven, are both very smart guys at the top of their coaching profession. They are the kind of coaches you want to have cheering you on, holding you accountable, and giving you guidance. I came to PK Coaching because I was lost in my fitness journey, and Pete & Marlven helped me find myself, gain more confidence in the gym, and more confidence in general. I’m no longer intimidated to do weight training, and I learned essential information about nutrition, weight loss, how to build muscle, how to break through plateaus, and much more. They are both very knowledgeable without being boring; they break down the science and the training methods into easy ways to understand. They customize the experience personally for you, as well. When I had a knee injury that unfortunately left me unable to perform many exercises, they adjusted my training accordingly. They also helped me feel better when I was getting down on myself. They are kind and passionate about what they’re doing. I am satisfied with my experience with them and I would recommended this program to anyone.
