Excellent experience

Excellent experience. After you pay, you have 10 minutes to do the trade. I missed the 10 minute window and someone helped me via the chatbot. It was very easy, and was surprisingly an actual employee talking to me lol. Thank you Lena for the help! All EV's, natures, moves, and held items were good to go.

Fast, accurate, and patient.

Took them 6 and a half minutes for my shiny custom charmander and froakie. Super awesome. Ordered the remaining team I wanted for my play through with Lena, super patient when I forgot about the first gym locked global room! lol
