had such a wonderful experience with this placenta centre. After my delivery, I unexpectedly spent 5days in the hospital, and throughout that time they were incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating. I kept them updated daily regarding collection of my placenta from home, and they kindly rescheduled everything until I was discharged.

The whole process was handled professionally and with so much care. Since then, my baby and I have both enjoyed using the balm, cream, and placenta tablets and I’m truly grateful for the support and service provided during such a delicate time, Highly recommend!

Service was excellent and instructions easy to follow, especially at what can be a very chaotic / stressful time. Any questions were answered and responded to promptly and my products arrived in just a few days. The website is clearly laid out with lots of information to learn about placenta capsules. For any questions I had, Amanda at placenta practice provided
excellent customer service and communication. The process from start to finish was straightforward and easy which I credit Amanda for having such a well managed service. I would absolutely recommend to those seeking advice or wanting to use a reliable and professional service to incapsulate their placenta.

I knew I wanted to encapsulate my placenta but thought it was only something available in the US. After finding the Placenta Practice London, I was so happy. I ended up having an emergency C-section and my recovery was great. I truly believe that it’s down to the tablets. Will definitely be using again for baby number 2! I do think it’s a bit pricey and not everyone would be able to afford it, which is such a shame as the benefits should be available to all new moms.

I had done a lot of research into placenta encapsulation and Placenta Practice was highly recommended, I thought the service was a little pricey but I thought as it is dealing with your placenta so it's probably best to invest! I got in touch with Amanda and found the process very easy to follow, I was a little worried my partner wouldn't be able to follow the instructions but everything went according to plan! I was happy with my order and I think it helped me postpartum (with helping me feel more even and giving me a little energy). I still have my creams and look forward to using them on bubba and myself! I have recommended Amanda to my friends (she's so helpful) and if I were to have another baby, I would definitely use the service again. My only wish was that I was able to afford all the products!

Words honestly can’t describe how amazing placenta practice is they have everything down to perfection to quality to customer service to instructions and ease of use it’s that good that my number one piece of advice to anyone expecting a baby is DO IT ! My mother suffered very bad from post natal depression and I am a single mother so I knew that I had to be strong and by doing this it really helped I can honestly say I had no depression at all ! I also decided to breast feed and we’re doing really well with it I feel like I’ve recovered really quickly and I feel amazing I know it’s because of placenta practice because I forgot to take my tablets at one point and I really really struggled untill I took them again I love how you also get products for yourself and the baby too as I do not like to use chemicals I usually make my own products at home and these have no nasty chemicals they are all non toxic and safe I would definitely do this again withought hesitation I’m so glad I heard about it more people should know about jt ! I find myself telling strangers about it 😂😂

Transforming your placenta into capsules or shakes or even oils and balms is much more popular in the US and I didn't know such a thing existed until my friend had her babies there, so when it was my turn I looked to see if such a service was available in the UK and that's when I found Placenta Practice.

The website is so well organised and full of information so even if you haven't heard much of the placenta encapsulation, you can learnt lots from PP's website.
There aren't many studies on "ingesting your placenta" and I think it is considered a homeopathy, but one thing that stuck with me was that it's supposed to help with the "postpartum blues" and after 2 babies, I can definitely say it did help me.

There are studies showing women who have suffered with depression earlier in their lives are more prone to postpartum depression, so I wanted to do everything I could to avoid that. I can't say I didn't have it because of this, but whenever I had a low energy or down day, I'd take a couple more and I definitely felt better the next day.

With my second baby I even got a balm made out of the placenta (and for some reason I thought it would smell) but it doesn't and it helped my little one's skin when I used it.

Amanda is such a lovely person and very invested in this practice, in offering her clients the best results and advice, and to be honest, I felt very confident in her knowledge.
Placenta Practice works with DHL and both times I didn't have any issues with deliveries or getting the placenta to the lab.
I have recommended the company to all my friends who have been pregnant and will continue to do so.
