The website is basic and the prices really good, but nevertheless I had a really good experience with plain-t-shirts.co.uk. Ordering was easy and the t-shirts and a bomber jacket were exactly as I expected. I ordered Gildan t-shirts and that's what I got!

I notice the company has not 'claimed' it's place on this website so I guess that's why there aren't more positive reviews.

My experience suggests this is a practical company working with the trade in an effective manner.

We use this company regularly for our growing business. We had an order that was wrong and with items missing, we were then very anxious after reading others reviews, but they were very helpful. And sent out the missing items next day :)

Do not order from this company or believe a word they say. Awful service, delivery times are a complete lie. I have missed deadlines twice now because of the negligence of the company who all seem to tell you different things.

Poor quality tote bags. No wrapping individualy. Just put in DPD plastic bag all together. Also paid 7.50 for shipping . It was said package weight 8kg. Received by Royal Mail (parcel up 2kg) so basically shipping cost 3.29 (checked on Royal Mail website) Biggest regret.

Avoid this company! Delivery was late for couple of days (I have read other reviews so couple of days don't look that bad now), delivery charge is bigger than they state in website, box did arrive damaged (that is I think DPD fault), t-shirts were just throw into the box without other packaging, some of them were dusty. I just feel stupid that I didn't read the reviews before I ordered from this company.

Horrendous service and product. T shirts finally arrived after a month of chasing them and spending an inordinate amount of time on the phone.

Product was not what I ordered and had been sent a much cheaper version of my order. T shirts were also not the size that they were labelled. Was then ignored by customer service and then finally told nothing was going to be done about it.

SCAMMERS

1) extremely late delivery compared to what the website states (1-2 days for stars and stripes prodcts) 2) false advertisement and lies 3) worst costumer service
This is the email i sent the company:
Good morning, thank you for resending however yesterday at 3.30 I called and spoke to an Adam who said he would ring me back in 2 minutes he was checking the warehouse, however I never received a call back, I called an hour later and had been told that he was no longer in the office. I appreciate the parcel will arrive with us today promptly, but the customer service was weak I cannot understand how if the parcel was supposedly misrouted that you wouldn’t resend without us contacting your company ourselves, considering the order was made two weeks ago, and the address is all correct. If the parcel was in fact shipped before I contacted your company why did we not receive a delivery update or any tracking numbers? It seems we are possibly being told false information from yourselves and the website.
Furthermore, your website states “We are Shipping Stars and Stripes products in 1-2 days delivery time WHILE other brands will be delayed by 2-3 working days” “best support system”. I believe that both statements made are false and should be corrected.
This has caused a massive inconvenience for us as these were purchased as uniform on one of our sites and while these had not arrived, we had to purchase some other suitable replacements in the meantime costing us more time and more money.

A little unsure about this company.

My two most recent orders have not arrived on time & I've had to contact them to ask where they were. I'm sure the items would never have arrived if I hadn't made contact.

On a previous order, one of the hoodies was ripped. I sent an email asking for a refund or return but never got a reply.

Awful misleading service.

I've has several issues over the years, but ordered again as they are cheap.

Our whole order was delivered the wrong colour, when i called to question they stated they requested colour was not in stock for up to 2 months.

When i asked why i was delivered a different colour rather than the order being refunded/cancelled they said 'factory must have sent them just in case' followed by 'can't you just use the ones we sent?' which was a completely different colour. When i replied no, then said 'fine, use the tees and we'll refund 50%'.

I advised i needed the colour ordered and wanted the tees even if a different brand, which they confirmed they had in stock. But would take 4-5 days to deliver.
I pressed for next day to stay within my deadline they refused. When i agreed the 4-5 days for replacement I had a phone call stating the tees would not be available for months.

They are a joke of a company. We've spent thousands with them, and they can't process a simple request.

Placed an order for over £600 of Tshirts 4 WEEKS AGO! Still not had the Stars & Stripes items. No response to emails and the phone number doesn't work!

I would strongly advise against buying products from this company. I have been trying for weeks to get a refund for 10 items that were too small. They put you through so many processes : fill in a form, wait for an authorisation email, print out that email and post it back to them along with a message to say whats wrong, even though you have put that in the form. They will either "lose your form" or just ignore any communications. Ive had a few problems with other companies but nothing comes close to this lot. JUST BUY PRODUCTS FROM COMPANIES WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS !!!

My order still hadn't arrived 4 weeks after placing the order! I called to chase it 3 times and just given excuses such as it's lost in the post, need to check with the warehouse, etc etc.
Eventually just refunded me without the decency of calling with an update... although based on other reviews I can be glad of the refund without chasing I guess!

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU NEED ASAP!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE 1 TO 2 DAYS FOR STARS AND STRIPES IS A BIG LIE! I HAVE ORDERED WITH THEM OVER 10 TIMES AND I HAVE TO CHASE THEM TO DELIVER EVEN THOUGH I PAY FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! THEY TALK TO YOU LIKE YOU ARE STUPID!

I’m not too sure about other reviews but I placed an order on Wednesday arrived by Friday perfectly. Great company will 100% buying again.

They state on website banner that star and stripes are being shipped in 1-2 days. 6 days now and i have not received my parcel and ordered only star and stripes. Funny is that the other order where i have mixed products come in 2 days! Thats why i give me 1 star!!

So like . I’m pretty satisfied with the service. Delivery and all that. Like they even called me to let me know about my order and things. Polite and civil. No complaints. The clothes themselves I’m actually really happy with. The materials, size, price. Over all. Pretty good. I don’t know why it’s so badly reviewed. So yeah. Thanks guys. Nice one and thanks for sorting that out for us

Awful company to do business with. Placed a fairly large order for next working day. Of course I didn’t expect it next day due to recent Covid issues but..FIVE days later I get a call saying half the items aren’t available. Had to let my customers down. Of course being a UK company the customer service is handled in some Indian call centre on a complete different time zone. Terrible customer service. Only praise I can give is they gave me a refund fairly quick. Won’t use again.
