It says on the company website that the delivery time is 1-4 days, but honestly it took more than 2 weeks to have my order delivered (if I hadn't kindly pushed them, I doubt whether I would have ever received my parcel).

When I started to get concerned of the missing delivery, I realized there was no tracking code on the order confirmation, so it was an actual IMPOSSIBILITY to follow where the parcel goes. I asked my local Kiosk too if they had received any parcel lately, but they had no clue of the ordered item although I had ticked them as an alternative "levereringsmetode".

The company didn't respond to my e-mail, and it was impossible to find any legit phone number on their official channels. Their recent feedbacks on Trustpilot seemed to be extremely negative, too, and they didn't seem to respond to their customers' public complaints on social media posts either. I also doubt whether the address (Produktionsvej 1 in Glostrup) is legit either, since according to Google there is no company called Plakatstore based in this address. Instead, another similar-looking "plakatstore" seems to be based in Produktionsvej 12, perhaps these two companies are somehow connected?? (Edit: According to their Trustpilot profile they are located in Aalborg. Why you, Plakatstore, keep misleading your customers in this way?)

Anyhow, I finally got my order "delivered" behind my apartment door, on the corridor, without any name, address, tracking code, company name, return policy info, etc. It was just a blank parcel, the poster and frame wrapped inside a home-made bubble wrap-cardboard thingy. There was no e-mail confirmation sent of the delivered order, either (only a weird phone number had tried to reach me a couple of times, I assume it was them). All of this felt really shady.

Honestly I have never been this stressed in my life when placing an order online, since the whole brand communication style (responding selectively/not at all to customer mails/messages/reviews, having missing/incorrect info on their website/socials, contacting their customers only by phone call, etc.) gives me strong scam vibes. Before getting my parcel I actually contacted my bank to request a card dispute, since after reading about other people's similar experiences online I was convinced that I had been scammed, too.

My theory is the company owners deliver the parcels either by themselves or via an unofficial courier, so that they can make more money from the "delivery costs" payed by the clueless customers. They probably avoid sending mails/updates in "black and white" so that it's harder for the customer to document they are doing wrong.

This is extremely rude. Plakatstore, you're underestimating and humiliating your customers! People are not as simple and clueless as you might think.
