But, i received a $100 cashback bonus from them, not a play bonus. normally a cashback bonus has no restrictions. The have a 2x cashout max. This would be fine although i think that sucks. The worse part is when i was playing with the cashback bonus i could not lose. when I was playing with my cash i hardly ever won. Definetly fraud going on here. So I was skeptical about the actual reviews I was reading. This site is 100% a scam. After depositing 116.53 and a couple of hours playing I hit a jackpot. That jackpot was 3k. After submitting id verification and having it approved (5 day waiting period), I then requested to have my funds withdrawal via Bitcoin. Now being in crypto since the beginning when you could actually mine a BTC on your own... I know how it works and the purpose of it to an extent (thanks cia - true story, lol I actually have no idea). There is stated that there is a 7 to 10 business day on deposit. After a month of waiting, still no funds. And Provided all the things that were asked... I contacted the support chat... Probably got some AI chat bot. Basically no help whatsoever. So I cancelled the withdrawal and submitted for a lower amount using LTC. Same result same waiting period. Now 2 months.. I requested 199 via coin desk... Well needless to say there is still a verification of approval. And same result.

As this is an honest review, I'm disappointed that such an old online casino is a 100 percent scam. I feel the need to defend planet7 casino. I know they have a history of really long withdrawal times but I can only tell you about my experience. Customer support has always been very helpful. I deposited 33.00 but used changelly and mop pay and only 27.00 made it to my account and they still manually added a 30 minimum deposit bonus for me. So my experience has been good here.

I successfully did everything required to withdraw my $150. It even said approved next to it. After the week wait time passed and I was still waiting on my withdrawal. I messaged customer support. Who informed me that because I opened a email promo they sent me during the week I was waiting. That my money is now gone. Apparently they email you promos during your wait time for withdrawal. They don’t say this in the email but you can only withdraw or redeem a promo once per deposit. If you are waiting on a withdrawal and redeem a promo before you deposit more money. The money you are waiting to be withdrawn will disappear. Apparently it saying that it’s approved. Is only saying that the computer system approved it. It still needed to get approved by staff.

Planet 7 could be a good site. COULD BE is the key here. Everything will go smooth till you go to cash out. $900 is nothing in comparison to what i have deposited. I requested it on the 30th. It wasn't approved until the 11th and it is now the 21st and still nothing. After talking to customer service (which is pointless) they said this is there normal turn time. And apparently it still has to be sent to the payment processing department who then has no time frame when i will get it. Mind you this is bitcoin we are talking about. Stay away if you want to collect.

To make a withdrawal you need to verify documents. So I did their "liveliness" video. Next wanted a photo of my drivers license, front and back. I submit the photos. It comes back rejected because its expiring next month! So WTH does that have to do with anything? Its valid! I haven't been sent the new one because its still valid! Besides that, it still serves the purpose for which you need it for! Photo ID for name identity. Chances are this company operates in a foreign country so you wouldn't have any authority over a valid license or an invalid license!
Here's a piece of advice for anyone reading my review. Any of these places doing business in a foreign country and they are asking for photos of the front and back of cards like drivers license and credit cards that are United States citizen owned, beware, there's really no reason for them to especially have a photo of the backside of a credit card. Your card security code is right there. With that it's easy for online purchases and cash to be charged to your card. They don't need that information for identity. It will come up when they input the account number or it will decline it if they use the system where name on card must match the name the user gave them. Most do that. Also billing address must match the credit company records of what you told or typed in to do the transaction. There's nothing a foreign country of the USA can do with drivers license or government/state identification card numbers. Therefore they shouldn't be asking for them or taking photos of them. They have no jurisdiction or authority of USA, ID information networks. In other words, they can't verify anything by, "running it through their computer system". They aren't tied into state DMV records in the USA!
ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE TRANSACTING IN CRYPTOCURRANCY! There's no ID other than matching your deposit address. Even then, that should not matter, because, most of these sites want you to send to a wallet thats on their list of wallets.
As far as playing casino games on Planet 7, is useless for me, because I know that if I were to win something and decided to cash out I will not be allowed to do so, and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it.
