This is a copy of my contact form…

This is a copy of my contact form message. It failed to go through 3 times!

Suspect they've just lost a sale. Do they care?

'Can you confirm that creating a photobook on Freeprints is actually produced in the UK.

Also, I tied to buy a book but the card was refused, which is rare!

Other companies have a section to confirm whether the delivery and billing addresses are the same - Freeprints does not.

Also a section to confirm the name on the card. Again, yours does not.

Your AI bot suggests making sure these are entered if it hasn't gone through - amongst several other obvious suggestions - (money in the bank etc)!

It took ages to create the book. It isn't as user friendly as it is stated. Ie a way of going to the exact page that I wanted to amend, rather than flipping through the whole book every time. I am, however, willing to walk away.

Your 1-star review by a disgruntled ex employee is slightly off putting too.

I look forward to your answers.

This is my third attempt.'
