I used their service
I used their service, and they lost my package. They blamed the delivery company for delivering on a weekend, and they don't accept deliveries on weekends. The delivery company marked the items as delivered anyway, and I couldn't get a refund from the store I bought the products from because they "had proof of delivery." I had to absorb the loss. It’s frustrating because they have one job—providing a safe place for product delivery—and they failed. I will never use their services again.

Great and fast service
Great and fast service. They act quickly, and top it off with the additional services for the packages. It's really great to have a service like this, because there are a lot of times I can't order what I want because of US only shipping.
Was good, until it was’nt
Stated I had issue with invoicing, provided proper invoicing. Then being told “still under review” it takes them 24 hours to respond each time, and live support is 0 help, I even paid for priority shipping, its costing me money to store my product in the warehouse, but they won’t ship it out! They won’t even give me a reason to why they are holding my package!! Ridiculous. It’s been over 7 days since I paid for priority shipping and still hasn’t been sent! (there response they have sent is ingenuine, It is not with the carrier issue, it is in there wharehouse which I have several proof, including them confirming, they must just hire overseas or AI agents to respond to these reviews to keep up appereances.)

First time -perfect. Second time I got blocked from the website when I tried to pay for the shipping of three packages. No explanation, just "access denied", and an e-mail saying my account has been blocked. I reached out through a contact form twice and sent a couple of e-mails- no reply! I have three packages in their facility and now I don't know what's going to happen to them. They still have time to answer my request since that happened last night, but I'm desperate because they usually answer right away. I'll update my review if they solve my request or at least give me an answer.
Update: they fixed the problem as soon as I got an answer and everything went smootlhy from then on. Customer service helped me reduce the shipping price by 87$ with their consolidation option they recommended. And I got an email within a few minutes that my packages shipped.

Cannot stop lying
They lie on their website by saying no carriers accept dangerous goods like an aerosol can and therefore they can't, but that's a complete lie. All their carriers clearly state on their websites that they do accept dangerous goods. So when I enquired for clarification, they spun me some story about 'IATA regulations' lol and yet, you can't even find the word aerosol on their website, this is because IATA is for commercial passenger airliners LOL. So when I enquired further if they could sight where they got this information from, they just ignored.
This company are liars and are unable to stop lying.

It's alright
I've generally had decent experiences shipping from oregon to canada on planetexpress, but for some random reason shipping 2 tiny packages this last time cost me $60 when consolidating the packages. It would've been cheaper to pay for two separate shipping fees, and I couldn't see the new cost until after the packages were consolidated. The monthly premium subscription and consolidation services are a ripoff

I am submitting a formal complaint against **PlanetExpress**, a package receiving and storage
company, for theft and fraudulent practices.

Upon requesting the shipment of my package, I received an email from PlanetExpress stating that
the package was "sealed but light" and had a "rattling noise" inside. They proceeded to **cancel the
mail-out request** and took photographs of the package, which clearly show that the **phone was
missing**.
I have verified with the seller that the phone was indeed included and shipped correctly.
Furthermore, I have found **numerous complaints on SiteJabber** where multiple customers accuse
PlanetExpress of similar fraudulent activities. This pattern of theft is evident and seems to be a
systematic practice.
