If I could leave zero stars I would, if you have chosen this company to do your windows or doors, I would suggest you look at an alternative. They are scam merchants, provide you with ill-fitted goods, take your money and never show up to rectify their dodgy work even after numerous attempts to try contacting them. They are a cowboy outfit and their products are not fit for use.
Don't go down the road of disappointment, just pick another company to get the job done right in the first go.

I just want to say my conversation didn’t take more than an hour to discuss products and pieces. Aman who is the owner personally came to see me for quotation and gave me a price without a few hours. Work was completed to perfection. Outstanding service. Definitely recommend these guys

Excellent service from Gopi and Co on the installation.

It is poor service. Their capability is low and they didn't take responsibility after services. They will ask you to pay more for their service even the first installation of door and window failed because they don't know how to install and they excused all issues except themselve. They didn't read instruction of installing doors and windows. Then the door and window cannot use at all. Now they left without taking any responsibility and they said they are professional. They claimed that they can install doors and windows without reading any instructions so that's why it cannot use since they are too much high ego but poor experienced and greedy. If you don't want to get scam, please leave this company.

Aman and his team are very efficient, responsive and prompt. Aman was very quick to provide an approximate (and accurate) quote over the phone, which did not change once the accurate measurements were taken. Aman’s senior sales consultant was punctual and very quick (10mins) in taking the detailed measurements, whereas other companies took nearly 90minutes.

Senior installers, Gurminder and Harman were equally as professional, polite, prompt and diligent in the execution of the install. They also carried out a “snag-check” at the end of the install to make sure I was fully satisfied with the install before they left. Very thorough and impressive!

Additionally, Planet Glazing were competitive with the price and as I was so impressed, I ended up ordering an additional windows.

Highly recommended and I will certainly be using Planet Glazing again!
