Worst! Full payments made-zero help when they changed to world platform. Still no access but receiving emails like they helped. I have not gained access to my email in 8 months!!! I keep getting errors and no directions have been provided despite many requests. What I received was messages that planet hoster is no longer and to change with ZERO HELP.

Their "World Pro" shared hosting plan is all but transparent. For example, the PlanetHoster website describes the resources : "RAM (GB) 16 to 2048" But elsewhere on the same page is says that "provided that you respect (...) the maximum of 24 GB RAM (...) per account." And after your purchase, you find out that the web server has a hard limit of 2 GB RAM for the PHP executable, leaving about 1,5 GB RAM available to your PHP script. To summarize, you purchased 16 or 24 GB RAM, but your PHP script can't use 10% of that. Not even for a second. And adding insult to injury, the NOC panel's Stats >> Performance (see screenshot attached) does *not* take into account the "Out of memory" errors that your PHP script encountered when hitting the aforementioned 1,5 GM RAM limit. It's just like nothing happened !

The "The World" service provides access to a resource pool. This resource pool is scalable up to 1,024 CPUs, 2,048 GB of RAM, and 2,048 MB/s of disk I/O.
Thus, with the minimum resources—namely 8 CPUs, 16 GB of RAM, and 16 MB/s of I/O—the cost is €72 in standard mode and €96 in PRO mode.
With the resources available in your pool, you can create N0C accounts. In standard mode, the minimum requirements per account are 1 CPU, 1 GB of RAM, and 1 MB/s of I/O, while the maximum limits are 8 CPUs, 24 GB of RAM, and 24 MB/s of I/O. In PRO mode, the minimum requirements are 8 CPUs, 16 GB of RAM, and 16 MB/s of I/O, and the maximum limits are 8 CPUs, 24 GB of RAM, and 24 MB/s of I/O per account.
Additionally, it is important not to confuse the limitations of N0C with those of PHP.
The RAM limitation in the N0C control panel refers to the total amount of physical memory an individual hosting account can use. This limit can vary. It includes all site-related processes: PHP, MySQL, web servers (Apache, Nginx), etc. This is a restriction set by the host to prevent a single user from consuming excessive resources at the expense of others.
On the other hand, the PHP RAM limitation, known as memory_limit, applies only to the memory used by a single PHP script. For example, when a script performs a complex operation, it cannot exceed the memory defined by memory_limit. If it does, PHP will stop the script and return an error like "Allowed memory size exhausted". The 1 GB limit can be easily exceeded by configuring the php_value directive in the .htaccess file to allocate more memory to PHP. Our team is also available to help resolve any PHP-related out-of-memory (OOM) issues. You can also change the PHP memory limit via the .htaccess file. It can also be modified through N0C by navigating to: N0C > Languages >> PHP >>> Options

1. Domain transfer was done with PlanetHoster's good support. Then I had no problems in email address transfer. 2. I had some trouble caused by the character set database of "latin1" adopted by the mySQL database of French server. Because the alteration of the character set database is not allowed on the part of the PlanetHoster client, I resolved this problem by altering each of my data to avoid text garbling. 3. As I rated five stars for Quality and Value for money, now I am a comfortable user. I am especially satisfied with the speed of web response and the practical storage space of 100GB the combination of which is rare to find in other providers in this field.
