Our emails have been blocked for weeks, a nice man helped us last week sort it out over the phone, but today some technical guy decided to not help us, only via email which is taking us hours to resolve the issue and is simply not resolved, we have been blocked on our emails for weeks with no real help it is a DISASTER and the guy response is sorry we can only help you via email even though the other actually helped us so upset it is making me cry

For security reasons, our agents can only access your client account when a ticket is opened from your client space.
If you do not have access to your client space, our agents will ask you to write to us directly by email.
Over the phone, our agents can answer general questions, but they cannot access your account and perform manipulations.
In your case, the first agent is at fault. The procedure to follow is indeed to go through ticket/email in order to perform the required security checks.
We have chosen to focus on your security and reputation, which is why compared to the competition, at PlanetHoster you will have significantly higher security levels.
Our technical support is available 24 hours a day. If you have difficulty contacting us, you can open a ticket from your PlanetHoster client space, in the "My support" tab.
Do not hesitate to address your request to the quality service department for a review of your requests if you find the treatment insufficient.
