Esperienza negativa, MAI PIÙ
Avevo inizialmente lasciato una recensione negativa, poi – dopo un primo contatto da parte loro – ho effettuato il reso e ho deciso di eliminarla, fidandomi.
Il reso è stato ricevuto da Planet House il 23/04/2025, ma da allora nessuna risposta e nessun rimborso dei miei €167.
Ho scritto numerose email, tutte ignorate.
Acquisto regolarmente online e non mi era mai capitato un servizio clienti così assente e poco affidabile.
Mi auguro ancora che venga effettuato il rimborso, ma la mia esperienza è stata deludente.
Sicuramente non consiglio questo sito.

Negative experience, NEVER AGAIN
I initially left a negative review, but after receiving a reply from their team and completing the return, I decided to delete it, trusting the process.
The return was received by Planet House on 23/04/2025, but since then, no response and no refund of my €167.
I’ve sent multiple emails, all ignored.
I shop online regularly and have never experienced such poor and unreliable customer service.
I still hope the refund will be issued, but my experience was disappointing.
I definitely do not recommend this site.
